The worst post office I’ve been to in Jacksonville! Horrible the way they treat people. Screaming REPEATEDLY at the same customers..WHY? then when the customers says excuse me? You tell them sarcastically to “have a great day sir”? Just plain disrespectful. If you talk to the customers face like that how do you treat their mail? I’m curious. Arguing with every customer for what? Even has the nerve to tell the customer that they don’t have to help them??? What kind of show are you guys running over there? Very odd! I know that the managers up there know which ones too. Please handle business we can all see ya’ll like to handle people who don’t. THANKS!! hoping and praying I don’t have to see that crap next time I go in there. Horrible treatment & it’s mostly elderly customers too! No MA’AM!!! Just because your the same age as them don’t mean you get to talk down on anyone. Must be a power trip or something.

Stole money out of a birthday card before they dropped it in our mailbox. Tore off the side of the envelope in the picture and put it in our mailbox with the card in it with no cash. Avoided our ring doorbell camera as well when dropping off the mail.

Don't ever pay for priority mail it won't get there when it says it will. You have to wait two days after it hasn't been delivered to request your money back. They can't tell you where your package is, and all they can say is sorry. Very unacceptable. Waste of money and time I will never send anything through the postal service.
