You know that sloth from Zootopia who works at the DMV named Flash? His brothers and sisters all work here. Take the entire day off to stand in line and watch people move in literal slow motion. The laziness is absolutely astonishing.

The passport information they have on the website is wrong. I came an hour and 30 minutes earlier I walked inside and asked the lady can I sign the walk-in sheet. She told me no the walk-in paper comes out later . I walk back to my car and sit there until 2:45pm. I walk back inside and ask the lady where can I sign the sheet. She told me it was already put out at 2:30pm (she didnāt mention that time btw) and the slots were already taken. I was extremely confused cause how did she assist 5 people and it takes up to 15 minutes for each person and you just put out the list at 2:30pm ( I believe she was lying and only did the amount she wanted). This location is very unprofessional and the employee seems to get a kick out of turning people down. I recommend do not go here if youāre a walk-in because they will make the process as hard as possible.

Based on my experience just the day ago. The male customer service person was very rude, often spoke in a loud, intimidating tone when interacting with customers on that day. One young lady, though seemly efficient, was flirting with her male customers making the line even less unbearable. All of them accept one seem to rely heavily on the rude male worker to complete certain tasks. I'm thinking maybe that's why his attitude towards customers pushy like on that day. On the positive note he is usually the most informative and efficient but on that day he was loud and not customer friendly. Someone needs to monitor their behavior because I understand why they have bad reviews. Maybe it's time to switch out the people at the customer service desk with people who are more customers service friendly instead of rude and controlling. They acted as though they were the only one suffering in this world. As a Healthcare worker for the past 30 years my job is 10x harder so they have no excuse whatsoever for such bad behavior.

Do not come here for anything passport related. Actually you probably won't have the opportunity to come here for passports because there is only 1 person at this location that can do passports and they will cancel your appointment last minute when this person is out. My family tried getting passports a few years ago and this happened the day before our appointment. Were just now trying again and sure enough, an hour before our appointment we receive a call that the person is not here and our appointment is canceled. Nothing you can do but go downtown to the clerk of courts or schedule another post office location and hope gor the best. No accommodations or help, just right to the back of the line despite waiting weeks for this appointment.

I know it sucks working for the government but you donāt need to be rude off the bat.
I went in today to forward my late motherās mail. I brought everything the post office told me to bring.
When I got up to the desk KIN asked if I had Proof of power of attorney or court appointed power attorney. I informed him that I had her will that stated I was her executor and her death certificate.
He rudely stated that āYou have two ways to do it, power of attorney or court appointed power of attorney.ā I informed him that power of attorney is for someone living and she is dead. I was told by the post office to bring the will and death certificate in.
He then looked it up on his computer and guess what, he was wrong and I was right. Did he apologize or Change his tone? No.
I got our mail forwarded but donāt be rude and apologize when you are wrong. Especially when someone is dealing with a death of a loved one.

Ah, yes, the well-oiled machine of American Government. Staff are rude, location has poor operating times, and it's always a disaster here at USPS.

I regret everything about giving my hard earned money to this post office location! š«šš” I just gave them 134 dollars for them to constantly lose my packages! When your package says itās delivered. We always wait a few days to give time for processing and you get there to pick up your merchandise and it just disappears into thin air! No one can ever find anything accept our favorite clerk India. At least she will attempt to help, while others just get an attitude and look at you as though you are Willy Lump Lump! I had a few packages stolen so I thought the post office would be the safest routeā¦..NOT! Ugh! This is super unacceptable USPS! Get it together expeditiously!
