Package went out for delivery and never got delivered for no reason whatsoever. Package status updated to delayed for one business day but never arrived a week after it was due. Went to the post office to pick it up but they said they didn’t have it and would talk to the mailman to see where it was and call me back. they then proceeded to never call me back, and i had to go back to the office to see where it was again. Was able to pick it up the second time after they had to look for it all over again

If I could give it zero stars I would my package keeps saying expected to be delivered today and never comes this has happened to me 4 times already this place is ass at delivering mail

I mail off a letter every month and Unfortunately the packages have to pass through the jacksonville distribution center, where they are scanned in. I paid for priority shipping and this is the second time it has not made it to its destination the time it said it will be there. Ridiculous.

I've never had any issues with the mail in any location I've lived. From Indiana, to Georgia to South Florida it's always been pretty consistent. Slow at times, but it eventually shows up. Imagine my surprise when I move to this area and half my mail disappears! I know for certain of 3 pieces of mail that my family/friends have sent me that have not show up. All of which came as stamped, regular postage with objects inside that feel like credit cards (it's not, it's literally trading cards). These people are either the most disorganized group of people I've ever seen or legitimately stealing my mail. Both of which options are totally unacceptable. How are yall liking the kpop trading cards you've stolen from me? You pick a bias yet?

Most useless postal system ever! Sent package on the 27th of December due to arrive on the 3rd of Jan. Still not there and nobody will answer the phones, even for the internal post office trackers. Next time it will be Fed Ex or UPS. If the postal system is privatized maybe those who add to this inefficiency will get booted - Dejoy should be one of them!

Mailman keep placing my package inside other tenants mailbox like last time caused me inconvenience. I talked to supervisor brandy she was very rude, unapologetic and kept saying "well, well" after I explained the situation. She refused to have mailman drop package at my door since she screwed up, but same mailman keep delivering previous tenants packages to my door for several months now, despite me filling out complaints to them, they never responded or fix issues.

Why does this post office even have public hours? They don’t offer any services, they don’t sell stamps, and it takes 15 minutes for anyone to answer their buzzer. If you want to be a sorting facility then fine. But don’t get pissy with customers when they don’t see your tiny sign that says you can drive 10 miles away to another post office that actually offers services to the public.

Not sure how, but this place manages to loose my package everytime I have had to use U.S.P.S. This is now the 2nd time where there was an apparent "delivery attempt" and they couldn't deliver it to the address. Yet, every other organization has found and delivered to my address without a single problem. The first occasion I tried to call and was asking questions in a polite manner trying to resolve the situation, but was met with a rude person on the phone who had no answers to my basic questions, I never received that package. It has now happened a 2nd time, I doubt I'll ever see it.

This sorry excuse for a mail man yelled at my wife just for asking whether he could find packages that were shown as delivered on Dec 19. I went to the post office to complain about him and to find my package. Unfortunately I went to the wrong location and they then directed me here. I found out they were closed so instead, here is a Google review.
Please don’t send this man on my route ever again.
Making a mistake in delivery is one thing. Poor customer service and disrespect is another.
I can tolerate the former but not the latter.

I get a weekly package from florida to my house in michigan. Unfortunately the packages have to pass through the jacksonville distribution center, where they are scanned in and then don't move for 3-5 days. So the 1-3 day priority shipping i pay for turns into 7-10+ days until delivery. Ridiculous.

This is the most unorganized government office i have ever seen. They take undelivered mail and throw it in a huge bin that they dig through to look for your mail. Shouldn't it be organized weather it is delivered or not! Management should be ashamed! They wonder why people don't use the mail system like they use to?
