Terrible service, I asked about a return and for a box and after I had organized and taped the box up then they told me I couldn’t use it unless I was shipping priority mail. They all looked miserable and unapproachable behind the counter, very poor customer service skills I just left I’ll drive to another USPS location this is ridiculous

Absolutely horrendous service and no integrity!! Was told and assured my mail would be here and have all the photos from the USPS app on my emails and still they lie and say my mail isn't here and now I'm pissed 6 months and haven't received my mail! Told them I was on the way and mail was here and when I got here they sent it off to another location. 15 miles away and I have no transportation. Wasted 3 hours and no have to waste another 3 hours to go to where they say they sent my mail to sending me on a goose chase. Pathetic is all I have to say about the postal service in Jacksonville. Thats what happens when you let criminals take over!!

Yeah a few of their employees can be pretty rude... But this location still deserves 10 stars because I'm totally smitten by the beautiful Nubian princess that helped me the last couple times. I never got her name .....she's the one with the lashes. Girl, you are so incredibly fine id put up with everyone else in the place treating me like a dog the whole time, they could even beat my a** the whole time and I'd still go to this location just to be in your presence for a few min. You are so very gorgeous!!!!!

I just dropped off a prepaid package to the man that was working the counter and asked him if he knew if the package would be there by Friday. Without any hesitation, he looked it up and confirmed that it would be. As soon as I walked away the manager Started screaming at him and cussing him out, saying this is not what we do. Mind you I was the only one in there and that was just completely uncalled for. Next time I’m in there, I will get both of their names but to the gentleman that helped me Thank you so much. I really appreciate it and to the manager do better.

The lady working at the time of 5:00 pm was super unhelpful. I tried to hand her the package as she was closing she said use the drop box and it got stuck. No one can help me now and I hear her closing but I tried to knock and no answer she just ignored me.
Why is she still employed here? She’s so nasty to people.

Vonnie has to be one of the RUDEST CLERKS I've EVER COME ACROSS. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !! HAD ME IN TEARS ALMOST. THEN AFTER I STEPPED AWAY FROM HER COUNTER ASKING HER IN A CALM MANOR TO PLEASE STOP BEING RUDE TO ME . I DID WHAT SHE ASKED ME TO DO ANDCREDID THE ENVELOPE. SHE SAID AFTER I WAS DONE TO COME BACK TO HER WINDOW. WHEN I WALKED BACK UP TO HER WINDOW SHE LITERALLY PUT CLOSED NEXT WINDOW SIGN UP TURNED ON HEEL AND LEFT. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS. TERRIBLE !!

Clerk #90, super nice. I told her that this station is clean unlike Merril rd, and seems less ghetto out here. I drove 25 mins hoping for better usps customer service and got it. I returned a pre paid package and she gave me my receipt and and was very pleasant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Duel & DeAndre!
I had an outstanding experience at this postal office, thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Duel & DeAndre. From the moment I walked in, they were both extremely friendly, professional, and eager to help.
Duel took the time to ensure my package was properly secured and even gave me helpful tips to avoid any shipping issues. DeAndre was equally attentive, answering all my questions with patience and making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to find employees who go above and beyond to assist customers, and these two truly set the standard for excellent service. Their professionalism and positive attitude made my visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this location, and I will definitely be returning!

Avoid coming here at all cost. We are renting a new house and had to get mail keys switched over. They said it would take up to 2 weeks max. We are now going on 3 weeks and they still have no date for when we will receive the keys. But the biggest issue is the lady who works there. She is incredibly unprofessional. our mail is being held until our keys are ready - i was able to pick up my mail a week ago with no issues. Today, I go to pick up my mail and she can't find it, is incredibly rude about it and basically calls me incompetent and to fill out a new mail holding sheet. The employee next to her took it into his own hands to search for my mail, and came back not even a minute later with it. Did she even try to look for it? And she definitely gets a kick out of being rude to people. This location needs to be investigated.
