Went to 6 the St. There closed with tape around the building. No mention of when it will open. Went to Edgewood and they don't send out packages. Try to call got the run around. I don't drive. Why can't we just call the post office it self. It would save time and energy. Rant over

Packages I’ve mailed here almost always
arrive quickly. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. Late hours are a life saver.

I think the employees laughed at me when I left cause I heard them laugh really hard when i was about to leave out the front. Place was just a bit dodgy. One customer even stared at me with a disgusted look as we walked past each other.. service was quick though.

Rude… the girl with the really long fingernails and long weave in her head was extremely rude listening to ear buds while I was asking a question. She got mad and said in a rude voice What is it??? Wow

Personally, I had a great experience at this Post Office. Definitely a step up (and then some) service and speed wise from others in Jacksonville. I only went in there for a money order, and it only took as long as it did because I anticipated it would take forever, and did what’s called a “will call ride” with the paratransit service, and had to wait a beat on them to pick me up. If I hadn’t of I would have been in and out in 15 minutes. This will definitely be the one I go to from now on in the area if I have to go to the PO!

I never mail anything, but recently I needed to mail wedding invitations. While I had bought all my domestic stamps online, I needed to buy one international stamp for an envelope. So to the post office I went. While they were on the busier side, there were 3 people working the counter, so it was moving faster than I expected. In watching the interactions before me, every worker patiently answered questions and guided people through their transactions. When it was my turn, not only did the worker answer my questions and help me find the best stamp for my international invitation, she was also kind and quick in working with me. I’d absolutely recommend going to this location.

Yes I want to share my experience at kings rd post office! We'll I went there a time before I went on this day of 6/21/2025 the 2 females that work there on Saturday they are very rude & nasty they attitude is very disgusting 🫣! I was shipping off a box 6/21/2025 when I got there she didn't even give me time to get to the window just straight out in front of customers told me o u can't ship that box with duck tape on it so then she went & called her manager & her name is Ms Glorious when she came out she ask me what's going on & I told her what happened she was like I'm going to take care of u what we going to do is put the clear tape over it she didn't tell me that I had to buy the clear tape! But if I was going to deal with them 2 females I would had to buy a roll of clear tape & when I sent my boxes off before this day they made me write on a piece of paper for the label who does that cause today Ms Glorious never told me anything like that! That's why when Ms Glorious was dealing with me I told her that they is very nasty bad attitude very disrespectful! By me saying this Ms Glorious is 1 of the best manger I dealt with in a long time!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 But 1 thing 4 sure 2 4 certain them 2 females do not supposed to be on her team that work there on Saturday's! So by mean saying this they need to be handled by corporate before things get worst in that post office on kings road cause not everyone going to take that disrespect 😤 from them! Cause today was not a good day for me & if it wasn't for Ms Glorious they would hve got it from me! Ms Glorious really saved them nasty disrespectful knw having minor ass! Yes I wrote this & I meant every word that I said in here today! Ms Glorious ur the best 🙏🏽💓❤️

I am so impressed with the way I was treated and they handled my situation by explaining to me how mail is sent received and where and why. Due to miscommunication and misunderstanding on my part as well has others I was not receiving my mail. Thank to the kind educational information I was given and a Hero (USMC) I was able to solve my frustrations in not knowing and have the peace of mind to know I will now be able to receive my mail and where it is I'll be delivered. Thank you so very much for your time and patience.

I have an appointment for 3 of my adult children. We were in and out less than 20 minutes. Friendly staff, from the post worker to the passport lady. We had our form and pictures ready in hand. Thank you Tari for making the process easy in a short time frame.

One of the employees named Gail continually lied to me. They stated that it was not possible to give a receipt. upon calling the number she had gave, I found out that she purposely gave an incorrect phone number in order to not get caught. Gail is a very dishonest person And needs to learn how to do something as easy as email a receipt.
