Hey Gerald. Thanks a lot. Honestly, I hate that post office as a mentally disabled veteran. You're all the rudest people I have ever met. Honestly, I have no idea why. I'll never be that guy to claim racism when I'm a white guy because I know it sounds ridiculous, so I'm glad I recorded the interaction. I even recorded the interaction you had with the older woman right before me. You were so nice to her and being so accommodating. It made the contrast so much more obvious in our interaction. I could be wrong maybe i turn invisible and mute. Thanks for directly ignoring the things I said to you. Twice. You even acknowledged you heard them and ignored me, so it made it really obvious. This is a message to all of you. You work for the federal government. This isnt a bluff, I'll be coming over there to get the security footage for the ADA claim. Enjoy

I scheduled a passport service appointment for my baby, including photo service, through the USPS website. I thought everything would go smoothly, especially since we had prepared and scheduled this appointment weeks in advance, and it was at a larger branch. However, upon arrival, the attendant at window number 1 informed us they couldn't take a baby picture due to resource constraints. This was puzzling, considering even smaller USPS branches offer this service. We had to reschedule at a branch 45 minutes away, which, despite being smaller, managed to accommodate us. Perhaps our appointment timing, close to closing, influenced their reluctance to assist further. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the inconvenience and lack of consistency in service.

Worst usps I’ve ever been to. Waited all day for a manager that said they would be at the location in an hour, just for them to say they can’t make it at 6pm. Gloria caught an attitude with me all because i just needed a refund and continued to be argumentative for no reason. Terrible experience do not go here if u can help it.

Passport Appointments: Don't waste your time booking an appointment with the 1100 kings road office after 3pm, they will not honor your appointment and will tell you to try going to the Court House instead. We waited 3 weeks for our appointment, only to show up and be told that the post office routinely overbooks appointments and they were too busy to honor our time slot. Others came in behind us and were told the same thing. Obviously the lady at this office hates her job and does not want to help anyone get a passport, she spent more time telling people all the problems of the post office booking system, then she did actually processing passports. We went to the down town court house without an appointment and was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a much, much better experience. The only problem is the courthouse will not do photos, but most UPS Stores do photos for the same price as the post office. So we went to our local UPS Store for the photo and the Downtown Court House to process the application. The Post Office should just close this passport office and fire that very unhappy worker.

Just horrible customer service downtown sucks in Jacksonville, Florida, they care more about talking to each other and gossiping than Serving the customers.I placed a order on the 26th of November. It is the 7th of December and I still haven't gotten it yet. And they don't know where it is according to the Post Office worker. While they are getting a check. I'm losing a check. But no one seems to care. There were five people in the line complaining about their mail being lost On the 6th of December which was yesterday. Which was yesterday.I will be contacting the postmaster. The board of governors and ultimately louis de joy whoever that is.

This Post Office use to be a professional location. That has changed. The professional customer service has left with the previous employees. Every visit gets worse. I will make an effort to find a better location, if such a location exist.

Employees are never helpful. Completely understand that dealing with people can be demanding but it's constantly just problems every time I walk in here. Don't come here unless you have to

Google says this post office is open now. What it doesn't say is that there are no postal workers available to assist with the services you need. All that's actually available now is access to post office BOXES!

Phil is so inviting and sweet on eye. Meaning he is so nice that you just want to tell him your day without knowing him...Smile from far away- Very nice. Hands down this is where I will be going just because he is there. Professional.... Ms. J :)

I have always received professional, courtesy, and fast service at this Post Office no matter what time of day. The clerks are most helpful in providing assistance and answering my questions. I’m thankful they are open until 9PM, which makes it convenient.

This is in regards to employees at the facility and stolen items from a package. At the time of preparing the items for delivery there was only “priority mail” tape available To seal the box on the counter. No one provided any other tape and didn’t say using the tape meant it would have to go out to priority. Upon being attended by the female postal worker, I was told “I HAD TO” send the package out priority (there’s no way around it and no one said to use the tape to seal the box). She slapped on a label and told me to take my box to a cart. My package was NEVER delivered. The state where the package was to be delivered cannot provide proof of package. They have no idea. A resident from the state of FL never received their package from me either although the app states it was delivered. I’ve called numerous times and no answer. Call the 800 and still no answer. There were family artifacts worth well over $2000 that are missing and no one seems to want to help or care. I don’t care about the money. It was the lack of professionalism and assistance for things my family will never get back no matter how hard they worked to obtain the items and keep them within the family. I know the items were stolen from the rep that assisted me. She saw everything that went in that box and treated me poorly the entire time.

We just left what for me is the most disappointing federal employees service. We sent our invitations for our daughter 15th birthday. 50 envelops with non machinable handling. Well it has been a week and none of our neighbors have received the invitacion. Went to the usps and the lead told us you should have put tracking on these envelopes if they were important. Post master missing in action of does kot want to talk to the customer that pay these people salary. Please better off they close this agency and going private.

Grateful for the prepaid bin so I can drop off our business mailings. Packages leave the facility quickly and don’t seem to get lost here. Minus one star bc the bald male retail employee is often pretty surly.

Passport Vilma was not at all professional or friendly or courteous. We had an appointment for 1045, and we sat and waited like all the signs say. She let several people with later appointments walk up to the window and served them. Never called on anyone. Like the signs say would happen. Then when we made it to the window, it was time for her lunch and wouldnt help us. She tried blaming us for taking too long to fill out our paper, that she just handed to us at the window. Now we're waiting for her to finish. Get your passports elsewhere.
