Still the worst postal service in Jacksonville. Been waiting on important documents to be delivered since April. Call the company in Tallahassee for them to resend it ,even got the requested number to prove they sent it to me. The post office NEVER delivered it to me. It's now July still No Mail. And the excuse they are giving is the carrier said it's a lock on the mailbox and the slash in the mail box is too small for mail to go in. Then the supervisor said we must have just moved there 😕 Sir We've been here for 4years. The worst EVER Postal Service.

Emery, the USPS clerk at the time, was working all by herself and had an amazing energy and aura to her while handling roughly 12 customers. Her multitasking skills and efficiency were unrealistic and unmatched. I’ve been going to the post office for a very, very long time, and this is the first experience I have ever had or did not feel like it was just another day at the post office. I commend her and absolutely applaud her customer service skills, multitasking skills, and efficiency.

Thanks for delivering my package to the wrong place for the 2nd time and being closed at 5 when most people get off work so now I gotta miss work in the morning to go pick up a mailbox key I never applied for

5:01pm and could not drop a package. How about being open when people aren’t working? 6pm would work but this place sucks.

I generally feel that the staff in this area is very knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful and have a smiling personality. When I have to see that very important documents to get to its destination. I feel very confident that my documents can get it there on time. Thanks Springfield post office. I am so glad that you are located in the neighborhood. Carson ??.

My mail is not being picked up and also delivered to the wrong address. A person in the area delivered my mail after he had opened it and read it. The postman is on vedio standing in front of my house with the mailbox flag up and walks across the street to his truck and drives to my next door neighbor to give him his mail then drives off.

trash. don’t go here after hours if you need a self service machine. (they don’t have one!) absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient. now i have to waste gas driving to another post office to mail my package out. which means i lose money from my online sale bc i have to go out the way to mail it.

The staff their do not take their job seriously. We filled out a 'forward mail form' and they did not process it. It's been 3 weeks since. Terrible service.

It was busy as only two windows open. It needs a good cleaning as the place looks cluttered. I sure didn't help the process as I had to repack & label. But I did meet another Cowboy fan.

We have not received not even one single mail since we moved to our current residence.The same day that we moved in to our current residence, which was November. I went to Spring Park post office, filled out a form for our entire family. After a month of not receiving anything I filled out an online complain, the following day a lady called from this post office stating that “ they changed policy, that they were supposed to scan my i.d first, which never happened when I gave my change of address form.After Christmas, (Dec.26th) I went back filled out another form, a female staff did scanned my i.d. this time.It’s already February we still have not receive any mail, the question is where are our mails?!?

Maybe this post office has cleaned up it's act or perhaps I happened in on the right day, but I had a really good experience here today. ?I was in a hurry and dreading the line but it quite short, I waited only about 30 seconds, and the postal clerk apologized for the wait anyway. There were two clerks behind the counter, a man and a woman. The man waited on me but I don't know his name - my receipt says Clerk: 21. I mailed a box overseas, which takes a bit more fiddling, but he was professional and efficient. And he didn't yell at me when I answered the questions on the terminal screen wrong. He just verified what I really meant and fixed it.If this post office isn't too far out of my way, I won't hesitate to stop here in the future.

no reason for this place to have such bad reviews. henry was extremely helpful and kind. the people leaving the bad reviews are clearly extremely entitled old hags with nothing better to do than tear down hard working individuals. i wish everyone that works here the best- especially you henry.
