I’ve been calling all morning to find my package that was supposed to be delivered via priority mail express all for your operator to answer and then hang up in my face!
We are all at work….it’s working hours. ANSWER THE PHONE.

People.there where friendly and helpful. Line moved as fast as people went in. Helped myself and others for various things. Certified mail for me. It's a US post office don't judge it by its looks.

One of their drivers almost hit my car with their truck this morning at 9:30am. I am so thankful that I realized what was about to happen and put the brakes fast when they didn’t stop at the stop sign. I stopped and make sure my son was ok, but this driver was angry and told me to just move out of the way when he is the one that broke the law. He handled the situation very poorly and I am still very upset since he would have hit my car right on the side that my son is sitting on.

After seeing some of the negative reviews, I was a little nervous coming in today. But I had the best and sweetest experience today! I was in and out and left with a smile on my face. I will definitely be coming back with high expectations. Don’t always trust what people have to say, sometimes people have bad days, just like everyone of us.

I had to leave review after seeing such low rank. I went in on my lunch break to send 3 packages. there was a line all the way to glass door with 2 employees at the counter. The line moved very quickly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking lot had plenty of room. Overall it was a good visit.

The supervisor and workers were so nice and helped me with my package issue (that was also my fault!) after dealing with the Baymeadows distribution center location, they were a breath of fresh air to deal with.

In the last week I have been to this post office twice. Both times I got Santana and both times I was greeted with a warm smile and how may I help you. Both times she did her job with knowledge and efficiently. Great job Santana !!

On Friday, August 2, 2024 I was leaving Walmart on Merrill Rd I turned out onto Merrill Rd and about a block up Merrill Rd, a United States Postal Worker turned out in front of me, very inappropriate behavior for any driver, let alone a public servant who is to uphold the public's trust, period! I was simple going to pass the postal worker and chalk it up as we all have challenging days at work/life. When I was positioned alongside this postal worker he laid in on his horn, I was appalled. He then turned into a subdivision and I thought I'd follow him into the subdivision (never recommended) just to see what the problem was and possibly apologize for anything I did wrong. This guy was less than professional on purpose, public trust out the window! I was able to take his picture, a picture of the vehicle he was driving and the inappropriate stance in which he snapped a picture of me in my vehicle. It was as if he had a weapon and was pointing it straight at me (in a drop your weapon manner, knees bent, arms straight out, phone held with both hands). I guess I shouldn't be surprised with police/public servants killing/abusing people in this day and age. I have quite a few friends employed by the USPS, never seen the likes of this behavior from any of them.

This lady in front office afroamericana so so rude can please put someone who is nice with customers the other day she was raising her voice to someone who wasn’t English speaker now just so rude with people in general like she hates her job so much then don’t work there , gosh

My interaction with Santanna, my mail carrier, was a refreshing reminder of the positive impact that excellent customer service can have. I appreciate her patience and dedication in addressing my concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully about shipping with USPS. I sincerely hope that the USPS can employ more clerks inside the post office who possess the same level of professionalism and kindness as Santanna does outside the office.
Currently, I have two favorite mail carriers, Chris, who has worked as a carrier for many years, and Santanna, who is relatively new to the position. Both individuals are incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely care about their jobs. It is unfortunate that the USPS seems to retain the least competent employees while the best ones often disappear. Let's hope the post office can emulate their examples and foster a culture of friendliness and care, it is clear that both Chris and Santanna truly love their jobs and are dedicated. Kudos to Chris and Santanna for being outstanding mail carriers! ?
