There were 2 persons an female afroamericano and white senior , I’m a latino race and the gentleman was nice and courteous but I gotta complain what I saw the lady the worker she yelled at latino customer and I felt bad for him because she didn’t have the patience for customer service please change this rude people that was embarrassing.

2 days ago Sunday my package was delivered with a FIST SIZE hole on it. No item was missing of the 4, but definitely a hand was digging in it. I know that wasn't my regular mailman, he doesn't do such a thing.On the picture, the pieces of this little fan were put back in its box, but inside packaging like a plastic bag, the manual, and most importantly... the little remote was missing. Without that I can't operate the speed of this fan.I would prefer to receive my packages during the week by my reliable mailman as usual, than Sunday... by whoever

I received the most difficult and disrespectful customer experience I’ve ever witnessed at this location today. Why did you hire a bunch of old fat and mean postal workers that hate their jobs? There are plenty of young people in the city who’d appreciate an opportunity to work for the city. Fire the whole front desk today.

The worst Post office everrrr, I think that being Grumpy, Nasty and having poor costumer service skills are requirements to work here. The employees hate working here and it show's on the way of treatment.

Fake eyelash associate who sits in middle. Nasty disposition and demeanor. Looking like Grinch who stole Xmas. Next!! Next!!! Nasty, disrespectful. Thought u had to graduate atleast high school to work at post office? Obviously not…. Will be reporting this one up chain of command.

Listen, Bailey deserve a raise, a free lunch, and maybe a day off. Working at the post office seems stressful, especially in this area. I was so upset about an incorrectly labeled package and he took care of it for me without issue. Everywhere I tried to contact was nothing but chatbots, but soft-spoken Bailey came to the rescue. At this point, even if my package does get returned to sender, that man was so nice I won't even be mad about it. Also a special shout out to the courier who said they're coming back around to redeliver, not sure if they will but I guess it's on the shipper and everyone else is just doing their best.

Every day we have a different carrier now. I literally witnessed one of them use google maps to find the correct house ?♀️ They are giving me my neighbor's mail and I have no clue where mine is going. The numbers are clearly displayed on all of the houses so I don't understand why it's so hard to deliver mail to the correct address. Now I have a missing package that says it was delivered but it wasn't. This is really getting ridiculous! Employees definitely need better training!

What’s the point of you guys providing the option to do money postal orders if you guys never have the amount on hand at any location ? I’ve tried THREE times cashing a postal money order different times of the day, and I get told the same thing. That you guys have to make the money first…. Okay well if you guys just don’t carry enough to cover service the postal orders YOU SHOULDN'T OFFER THEM.

On 09/27/23, An associate yelled at me in front of the other customers stating that I couldn't put my mail on hold. It made me very upset the way she addressed me like that I requested the manager or supervisor she wasn't any better because I was very irate she threatened to contact the police. Now it's not allowing a Customer to express their opinion about the issue with the associate. I said that if she would have spoken politely, I would have understood but instead she shouted at me. Though this isn't the first time I have had to deal with a rude employee at this post office. At this point I don't even want to to retrieve my mail from this USPS due to their attitude towards me and they have no customer service at all .

If you feel you need a break that bad and have customers in line... waiting to be serve and see if they have mail in the back.. but you can't ask that..because she was ready and quick to go on break.. she put that item in front... She shut her part Down!!!! And ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️

Been going to this post office for several years.All of the staff are very rude and short. Its as they have a miserable Leader. Very unpleasant situation. I hope they can get better Mangement to bring this level of customer service up.

The interaction with the worker Dorothy lasted 1 min, but it was a very painful one. Dorothy was very rude and acted like she didn’t have the time of day to help me. I understand it’s hot outside but the attitude isn’t needed, especially when they’re standing in an air conditioned building. When I tried to ask additional questions, she started to walk away and say “That’s not her problem.” It was my first and last time coming to this location. I truly hope Dorothy finds the someone to love, so she can experience kindness for what since like the first time in her life. Maybe she find it in her heart to show kindness to others. Or maybe just new job or retired ??♀️

The package drop drawer in the lobby has been out of commission for at least nine months. It makes it inconvenient to have to go to another post office to drop off packages after hours.

That clerk name Yvonne is so rude. I just ask to clarify when they can received it and she was very rude. Stating you didn't listen I said tomorrow latest at 6pm. I even replied you dont't need to be rude I just want to clarify and she should not work there. Unprofessional! Won't go back there again!

They should have a method with cameras that the delivery man delivers the packages because they are stolen and then they say that it was delivered, this can't go on like this, they must do something to protect customers, we waste money and time
