I know USPS employees often get a bad rap for poor customer service, but I want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Bindu and Latrice when applying for a passport. Their professionalism, efficiency and courteous demeanour made this one of the best customer experiences I’ve had with any company. They were quick, helpful and genuinely pleasant to interact with. They deserve a promotion, raise or at the very least a bonus. Kudos to them!

Brendella is disgustingly unprofessional. She has a horrible attitude, she threw my change I was due on the counter rather than in my hand when my hand was there to receive it. I will write a formal complaint and bad review against her every day until I no longer see her at that location.

I'm an elderly woman who was almost attacked by someone sleeping behind the desks/tables inside AFTER HOURS! NEVER GO HERE ALONE AFTER HOURS!!! Super dirty, unkept and DEFINITELY UNSECURED/ UNSAFE!!!

I mailed a payment here and somehow my check was intercepted out of the envelope and altered to empty my bank account. SUPER DIRTY AND UNKEPT PROPERTYAS WELL!!! People sleep inside when it is hot or cold enough. NO CARE.ABOIT THIS PROPERTY AT ALL!!

Worst passport service ever. The lady Bindu, is the rudest person that I ever saw or heard of. She was rude to so many customers. Sounds like there are no rules, she does what she wants.
This place needs to be overlooked and reorganized. Unless all of government services are corrupt, then there’s no say.
Got in there At 8 am, got out of there at 3pm.

This is one of the good post office i've been to .. normally these locations are pretty bad overall .. but this place has good customer service and clean.

Theft, lies, discrimination, mishandling of parcels, conduct unbecoming a federal employee. These are just a few of the words to describe what goes on at this post office. I was personally assured that I had mail at this post office by the Main hub downtown and that my parcels(mail) would be available for pick up. It has been over four months since I have been able to receive a single letter or document or any type of mail. I have done everything I can in a procedural manner. Yet I am still not able to receive my mail and it is paramount to my life and future that I get what has been mailed to me. It is an absolute travesty that they refuse to allow me to have my mail. In addition this is the most unkept and filthiest post office I have ever seen! With no care whatsoever to the drug paraphernalia spread across the grounds and insides along with the trash and the reek of ammonia like smell from unwashed concrete covered in human piss.

The worst post office for years. I have been suffering from lost parcels. The reason is that the person who delivers the parcels puts my parcel in another mailbox . I have filed several complaints and they have not done anything.

Alright, I understand most of the people that take these jobs are underpaid, but if you take a job to work here, you should do all you can to help your paying customers without an unwanted bad attitude. Moreover, it is shocking to me that these employees working in the passport section don't know the rules and regulations to provide accurate information to customers and, as a result, end-up causing headaches to such customers that are unnecessary.
The passport requirements for entry into each country is listed by the DOS, these employees should know that. And they should not be telling a customer that they can't travel internationally with a passport that expires in 90 days, for example, because each country has its own requirements. Some countries, according to the DOS, only need your passport to be valid for the duration of the stay.
Do better, this is part of the reason why about half of Americans don't support you.

Stopped by last evening and thought it was a scene from the apocalypse. The grass and weeds are severely overgrown. The flags were hanging low, not flying on the pole. There was a mattress within the mass of greenery. It looked totally abandoned. Needless to say, I took my mail to another location. The visual at the Dunn location was pristine. Beach Blvd needs to do better.

Jacksonville post offices are the worst they hold packages and don't scan or send them thru happened around Christmas and been happening since I think we need to reroute and exclude Jacksonville this is insane you people are lazy and don't deserve a government job and I hope Trump shuts you down!
