This post office is the worst! They mayyyy get through a line quick (on a good day) so I don’t mind the one start for that, even though that falls on how easy the customers transaction is…. But listen,,,, same day I had three packages picked up from in front on my door and as of today they are all out for delivery, LA, CT, & CA. I had a friend drop off one to this post office (same day) and it hasn’t even left the facility yet!!!!! You’d think it’s be faster taken directly to the source. Not with beach Blvd post office! Not even mentioning the 3 lost packages I had to file missing claims for and another to get refund for being LOST ?♀️ If there’s another usps you can go to, the extra bit of drive would be worth it I can almost guarantee ??#yallneedtotightenup OR #HIREMOREHELP

Worst place to do your mail at, Santana that works there is very Rude! She cussed in front of my 9 year old daughter. Now my daughter is saying the bad word. I wish people would watch what they say before they say them around. Children. Please Mrs. Santana I hope you don’t cuss anymore around young children. They learn quick and repeat what they hear.

Returned someone else's mail that was delivered to my address (previous resident), with the "person doesn't live here anymore" and "return to sender" language that the USPS asks for on their website only to have the same pieces of mailed delivered to my box... twice. Then they want me to drive across town to handle it at some other USPS branch. Isn't that YOUR JOB to send it to them? Terrible.

At least once a week I have mail that never makes it to my box. There's always a different person delivering the mail..and most of the time it goes to the wrong mailbox. Terrible service.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My husband and I have been trying to get a key for our mailbox on an auxiliary route through this post office. My husband and I put in a request for a new key in October 2023. Initially we were told (the day that we filled this paper out) that it would take a month to receive the key. On the same day we also filled out a paper to have our mail held at the post office - this was not recognized and our mail continued to be placed in our mailbox at our community boxes. We had to constantly stake out the auxiliary driver and ask if we could retrieve our mail from our boxes while they were opened. (That went on for several MONTHS). After some time, we realized that we were never contacted by the post office about picking up a new key, so we went in roughly a month after filling out the new key request and we were told that the wait would be 2 months. We were in shock but we had some time so we said 'Ok' and went on. We decided that we were going to start asking because we thought that consistency would help our cause. Each time we inquired (every 2 weeks or so) the amount of time would increase. It is now January 22, 2024 and the new expected wait for a key is 4 months according to the manager on staff today. During these last 4 months, we have been told 'I don't know', 'We only have one person who makes keys', 'Sorry', 'We told ya, didn't we?!'. Our mail is CONSTANTLY in limbo because nobody seems to have any information. It is an extreme inconvenience to have to go out of our way to track down our mail when we should just have our key. On top of this, we were told today that they cannot find the paper that we filled out to have a new key made.Unfortunately I have developed ill feelings about this post office and cannot wait to have my key so that I do not have to deal with such disorganization anymore. As a person who has close dealings with the government and it's dysfunction, I often complain about the incommodious conditions and cumbersome life interruptions set by those running it, but in this case, it is the government workers of the establishment who appear to be the problem.Take photos of any and all forms you fill out for this post office because they will lose whatever paperwork you give them.Make sure you are prepared to wait in line for over an hour for your stuff because the workers do not move efficiently and are often times rude to the customers.

I've never had any issues here what so ever. A lot of these people seem to think their world is only theirs?? These people are very busy and people in line are always so rude even to others waiting. Don't know why it's not that big a deal, acting like yall never had to wait for anything ever. Thanks USPS never go, I'd simple cease to exist I had to use UPS, hahaha

Slow as can be. Waiting in line for 30 minutes, even after getting here early with my packages already filled out. They don’t have any sense of urgency or efficiency. Pure laziness.

I have never had a bad experience here. They were highly busy but took time to help me reinforce my package and answer all my questions professionally. Hats off to these hard workers. Especially at Christmas.

I been waiting for my key for my mailbox for 1 year. The worse experience with a post office ever. I have to go to this post office and wit in a long line to get my mail. Alot of my mail I haven't received yet. Due to yearly processing at this post office.Wow...

It’s no wonder the USPS is going under. The complete lack of customer service or professionalism is so frustrating. The place looks like a dump with graffiti all over it, the inside is falling apart, and the woman at the counter acted like she was inconvenienced to do her job. I asked for a pen, and she pointed at the pens on the table (one of which was broken and the other that had no ink). I now understand why people complain so much about the post office.

Had a great experience applying passport for my little one. Bindu was professional and kind! She was able to process things quickly and thoroughly as well as accommodate both walk-in and appointments.

I waited in line to post a parcel, I had to go back and fill something out. When I finished, the line had got longer. Santana called me out to the front and didn’t let me wait all over again. She didn’t have to do that, it’s just a classy move. ??❤️
