Man, let me tell you these guys are amazing. My wife has to drive me to work, cause I have a broken arm and she did not close the back door when she put our son in the baby seat. so I’m sure you can imagine where this is going as she backed up. The door got caught on the garage door rail and damage that pushed it open, causing the door to barely close. It was uneven on the body frame.
Not only did they repair the door, they did it the same day. They took the dent out when it got hooked to the garage rail. Repair completed same day $125 bucks -Car looks like it never got happened . Yeah it’s got a little scratch on the inside of the door, where the weatherstrip is. I’m OK with that compared to what I was facing -a whole new door, if you look at the picture that whole door was completely open on the top and not flushed with the body of the car, thank you. VAB

Beyond pleased. VAB was very easy to work with. They were able to fit me within the week which is not easy with my travel schedule. They even went above and beyond and repaired some other paint chips on my truck and didn’t charge me! Thank you!!

Highly recommend! They did a great job with the collision repair on my VW. The front office seamlessly worked with the insurance and were always pleasant to deal with. Steve was amazing and went above and beyond when some unexpected issues were discovered.

I called Gerber Collision (a national 800 number) and sat on hold for a while. Hung up and called Vab Collision. A friendly human answered immediately and answered all my questions.
If your insurance company wants you to take your car to someone in particular, especially a national chain like Gerber or Caliber, it's probably in your best interest (and it's your legal right) to take it somewhere else.

I have been going to VAB collision center for years and in my opinion the best body repair shop in town. The latest vehicle they repaired was my Volkswagen Atlas. VAB has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in any automotive business. My vehicle was returned to me squeaky clean and within the promised timeframe. The paint work is impeccable. The work was done the right way without cutting corners which is hard to find nowadays. This will be my go to shop in the future! Highly recommended!
