The service that was provided here each time we have come to this bank was wonderful. We were very fortunate to meet Yvette and the manager as well as a few other staff at this location. They have always been very helpful , courteous and kind to us.Yvette has provided myself and my son exceptional service at this branch.I would like to say thank you so much for all you do!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this branch. The staff are always kind and professional, and they promptly respond to email questions and concerns. I'm literally in and out in 5 minutes or less and the staff know me by first name as soon as I enter. Truly a well-rounded and convenient experience as opposed to other banks.

Absolutely the worst bank, since the retirement of CEO and CFO, Jerry Lipkin and his CFO. Since the arrival of Ira, Valley has gone "down the tubes." Prior to the new "take over," the personnel were well managed and at the top of their game. It looks like Ira should brush up on finances, management and customer satisfaction. Valley is no longer at the top of their game.

Absolutely the worse bank to ever do any kind of business with. Customer service is clueless and worthless. Don’t even attempt to open a new account unless you don’t need the money you opened it with for another month down the road. I’d trust my money with a homeless person behind wawa on beach blvd before I deal with this sorry excuse of a bank again.

If you have a car loan you can’t view payment activity. It’s a very non transparent platform to view loan activity.
