“Best vape shop around! Been shopping here for many years. Employees are ALWAYS super nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely AMAZING PRICES! Trust me I have shopped at ALL of the vape shops around town and their prices are ridiculous. Now if I’m across town I will drive as far as I have to, to get to Normandy Big House of Vapors. Thankfully, I live close to Big House now. I even tried the newer vape shop up in Crystal Springs cause it was real late at night but their prices were MORE than double than Mr. Michael and it took them 15 minutes to find one voopoo coil. I literally laughed when they rang it up and said “ is that seriously the price of ONE coil?” “I can get a WHOLE BOX for close to that price at Big House “ yes I said that…Thank you Mr. Micheal for your honest customer driven vape shop. I appreciate your passion for the industry and when others are over inflating everything vape, you actually care about your customers and their wallets. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars. Big House of Vapors Normandy will have my business forever and it should have yours too!”

“Aaked if they sold candles, guy was super rude about it and said “this is a vape store”. Didn’t hurt to ask if they sold candles, definitely could have just said no. Very unprofessional.Update: GOT MY CANDLES & THEY SELL CANDLES NOW! Lol, thanks so much, the candles made my day and they smell awesome. Now that yall sell candles, I will be back!”
“I'd been there once before. My second visit, I was recognized, and my purchase was remembered. In addition, I was told extra was ordered just in case because I mentioned how hard it was to find anywhere else. They have a loyal customer until I leave Florida. Absolutely best smoke shop I've been to. Plus exceptionally large and clean.”

“Omg Margaritas customer service is OUTSTANDING! She was so knowledgeable about the products and gave me and my husband insight on brands that we never even considered. While we were in line their sales distributor Alex from the Green House came in and gave us even more information and even bought us some products to educate us on the difference in quality of the products we purchased from the ones they provide. I have never been more impressed by a company. They go above and beyond- clean store, bright and welcoming. Very different from the other shops I have visited and the fact that they care enough to inform you on the product that you’re about to spend your hard earned money on, tells me everything I need to know about this company! I am looking to switch to vaping (vs cigarettes) and she listened to my issues with previous vapes being way too harsh and let me try several until I found a couple that I wanted to buy & try. They have a huge selection of products. And they also have a rewards program where you get one free after buying 10 (over time). So if I make the transition to vaping this will be my go-to spot for sure. Highly recommend!”
