The owner Ferdinand is so very helpful. He will take the time to show you the machines and proper form. He has been in the fitness industry for a long time. You won't find anyone more knowledgeable!!!!!

Fantastic gym with all the equipment you'll ever need right in Murray Hill. Conveniently located and available 24/7 for a low cost. I highly recommend it!
