Darius at the Verizon Wireless Store in the Avenues Mall (Jacksonville, FL) was great to deal with. I had a “not-so-good experience” with another representative at a competitor local Jacksonville Verizon store, who in my opinion, was not very cooperative! I’ve been in sales and business development for 35 years and the bottom line is that to be successful, you need to listen to your customer, in order to provide them what they actually need, along what they want. Darius did exactly that and I would highly recommend him if you’re interested in purchasing a Verizon product or service!

Came in to get my screen protector replace after a miscommunication when I first purchased it. Manager was able to replace it without charge and walked me through on how to get the product registered online. Great customer service and very timely!
