I paid $65 for my screen protector a year ago and the salesman said I’d never have to buy another one because if anything happened a replacement would be free. I went to get a new one because mine indeed hit several cracks. My 14 Plus is considered out of date and no screensavers available unless I order online. Then I could bring it back to the store and they’ll install….but there would be a $5 fee to do that! Totally unacceptable. After 20+ years with Verizon I may consider parting ways.

Stephen at Verizon on Baymeadows was more than exemplary today. He managed about 6 customers at the same time and got everything accomplished in an orderly fashion without any setbacks. Can’t say enough about his professionalism and attitude. Cool, calm, and collected. Perfect service. I will be back to do more business with him!

Darius at Verizon on Baymeadows Rd....is FABULOUS!! Our Company phone had a major issue....stopped by on our way to Work....Darius stopped everything to help!!! Less than 5 minutes Our Company Phone Worked Wonderfully!!! Thank You So Very Much!!
