I walked in after experiencing no end of frustration with the online service and Darius in less than 5 minutes managed to get everything sorted and squared away with my phone transfer. 100% would recommend

Staff was friendly and able to quickly help us upgrade our phone.However, they were unclear as to how our bill would change. We were told many times that it would decrease and that they could provide specific numbers after the upgrade was completed and the value of the trade in phone calculated. No information was given and I asked again as we finished the process and was told “it will decrease by a few dollars but I can’t tell you specifically”. That has never been my experience with upgrades and Verizon.I called customer service the next day and was told our bill was actually going to increase. After confirming the trade in values and plan specifics, Verizon customer service applied a credit to our plan to allow for a small decrease as we were originally told with the upgrade.

Not so great experience. I walked in and just wanted to get a new number and become a Verizon customer. I have my own phone and just need to get a new SIM card. But the guy here wanted to sell me a new phone and also pushed for a $30 setup fee. Guess what? I went to another Verizon store today and 1). I didn’t have to buy a new phone. Just got a new SIM card to go with my existing phone. 2). I didn’t have to pay a $30 set up fee either.

Kenny was fantastic! I had accidentally erased my esim while setting up my new phone & he explained what had happened & had it fixed within a few minutes. He even enhanced some of my settings so that I could film with better resolution. Very happy with my experience & would definitely come back if I have any issues going forward. 10/10!

I have an apple phone. My phone doesn't work well. Sometimes my children cannot reach out to me, and it is very often impossible for me to reach out of someone. Even the text of the message also does not reach the addressee. I came to Verizon office, located at 8520 Baymeadows Rd unit 2 Jax, FL 32256. There, customer service representative Alyssa Pruitt told me she didn't know why my phone doesn't working well and that I probably needed to move to another area. This is the help I received from a Verizon employee.

Drew helped me fix the issue with my phone within 10 minutes. Before that I went to another Verizon store that could not figure out the issue. Will definitely come back to this store in the future for my phone needs.

Just moved to Jacksonville and needed some accessories for my company phone and when I walked in I was greeted by Kenny and drew and they took me straight to the items I needed were very professional when even Cracked a few jokes made me feel like I was back in my home state definitely will be back
