Went in here to return a watch after purchasing a new one online. While I understand everyone was busy and with customer a simple greeting or hi we will be with you shortly would have been nice. I was completely ignored. I finally flagged down a heavy set African American man and asked him about returning the watch and if I just needed to drop it off or what steps were needed. He told me he would have to check me in. I replied ok not fully understand he meant as in on a list and he walked off. Later as I waited multiple people walked in and he began putting them down on a waiting list. Another man walked by average build, Caucasian, I told him about not being checked in and that I had been waiting. He apologized and let me know he would check me in. So then the other gentlemen came over and checked me in and helped me only to tell me he wouldn’t take the watch ever that I should ship it back to Verizon ever when I receive the watch which makes no sense to me. I literally have no time to do that. I am trying to make sure I get my 180 trade in and he’s telling me he can’t take it now which I feel is a lie at this point. Then he’s saying I don’t need to bring it back anywhere when it is literally telling me to bring it to this store. Please make your corporate store do better guys. I had a 4 year old waiting in my car with my husband and I was very upset that I still have to come back here another day and hope to not deal with this moron again.

Always slow service. Be careful of their promotions there’s always a catch. Somehow I’m still paying off an iPhone 12 and if I try to pay it off early it’ll cost me twice as much. Unfortunate that this is how every cell phone and internet service is. Still better than my experience’s at AT&T.

I have always had good service with Verizon. I added a business line to my plan and to complete the process I was (on the phone) sent to tech support which is now, unfortunately, outsourced to India where not only do they barely speak English, but they don't seem to know, at all, what they are doing.
They ended up completely disabling my phone service. In my complete frustration I drove the mile up to the Verizon store here where Don and Fatima had everything back on line in three minutes with a calming smile. Professional, friendly, prompt. Absolutely amazing. I will now drive up here rather than calling customer service from now on

From the moment I walked in the girl was rude this was my second day in the row going because they are so slow. , I would not go here. I was trying to upgrade my phone and she kept telling me I had to give my phone right then to upgrade. I have upgraded my phone several times and then got a box and, sent the phone in that way. Guess it’s time to find a new company.

No wait at all. The entire staff was so helpful & efficient. Daries helped us set up my mom's new phone and was so patient & friendly. Store is clean and organized. Definitely recommend to visit this location.

Consumer to consumer;
Buyer beware!
I was directed by corporate to return my Internet box to any local store and that their system would show that permission to do so was granted. However this location prior to even walking through the door I was approached by two individuals that were outside of the store on a smoke break that didn’t yet welcome me, but to only ask how long have I had the box, I responded why does that even matter? Then one individual told me it would still be reported lost! In that short surprising amazing moment, I still proceeded into the store to inquire more where then by management I was told that they would not accept the equipment. They then also told me the equipment would not be reported. I then proceed to ask why and no reasonable explanation could be given other than that I was welcome to leave the equipment but they would not give me a receipt/ or confirmation for doing so. Therefore I was forced to leave.
Customer service at its worse!
Do not waste your time at this store!
Consumer to consumer, BUYER BEWARE!
Amazing they are in business!

When my phone started acting up (missing calls and texts), my mom and I went to Verizon to see what they could do for us. Since we had older phones (Galaxy S10), we decided to upgrade to new ones. Verizon Specialist Don welcomed us in and showed us the available deals and options for upgrading. He was very thorough in helping us choose the best plans for us and providing all of the options for upgrading. We ended up choosing the Galaxy S24 due to the current promotion, which saved us the most money in the long run. The bundle we added on included multiple streaming services, which saved us money compared to what we had been paying for each one individually, helping us pay for the new phones. All the employees were friendly and helpful during our visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks, Don!

I just took my phone to this store, I wanted to activate my phone which already worked with verizon, and the salesman said he can not activate my phone because is not compatible!!! How is not compatible if 2 weeks ago I had service with you!!!!! He wanted me to buy a phone with a new line, scammers

Walk into the store to look at the different phones, mine is begining to act up. No one approaches me. The phones have no visible signage.pick up a phone to see the type of phone. There is a sticker on the back. Pickup another and an alarm sounds as though it is being stolen. No one comments or approaches as I stand there with the alarm sounding. I leave not to go back. Bye bye Verizon

If you want to be discriminated against your race because you are hispanic this is the place for you, I don't know the representative name but i did notice he has a tattoo of jason from Friday the 13th on his right hand, he also has a beard that looks like a birds nest. Anyways go to him he will discriminate based on how you look and he will lie about free phones that are not free

Big props to Daries! I spent 4 hours on the phone with tech support
All I needed was to swap phone numbers between a broken phone and the other one. Tech couldn't get it to work. Went to this store and Daries figured it out in about 5 minutes. Thanks man
