I had a terrible experience at this Verizon location. I came to pick up my online order, and the employee found it in the system, brought it to me, and then said he couldn’t give it to me. When I asked why, he just said the system wouldn’t let him and told me to call customer service – even though it was clearly his responsibility to resolve the issue.
And guess what? After all the hassle, he finally showed me his tablet screen, and I saw that his system was set to Verizon Ponte Vedra instead of Old St Augustine Road. That’s why he couldn’t see my order! This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with unprofessional employees who can’t even troubleshoot basic issues.

Great experience at Verizon at Shoppes at Bartram Park tonight. Darius M. was the most knowledgeable associate I’ve ever worked with at a mobile phone store. He was quick and helpful and great at multitasking. Thank you for a great experience.

I am now such a big fan of Jason. I went in with a couple of problems on my iPhone and he not only helped me rectify them, but he also made sure that I had the instructions by typing them all out to take with me. Thank you, Jason!

Jason at Verizon has literally raised the bar to what a customer service/sales rep should be. He was extremely helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and attentive to every last customer that needed assistance. I watched this guy BY HIMSELF MIND YOU, assist 8 to 9 customers courteously and expeditiously I mean bouncing from one customer to another. Words can’t explain the gratitude that I felt and have for him and Verizon Wireless and quite frankly he’s the best rep this branch ever had hands down. So this review is just a small price I can pay for this experience, thanks Verizon Wireless and thanks Jason much respect and blessings to you both.
