I received excellent service from Jose Colmenares today. My phone had been stolen and I needed to have my account reinstated on my new phone. He was very kind and patient with me since I am a senior and not as techy as youth today. After my number was reinstated, he helped me with apps and related things that needed to be uploaded. I am so grateful for all of his help. He is why I stay with Verizon for my phone services.

My husband and I came in to the Verizon store on Route 210 to enquirer about our eligibility for upgrade options .
Jose , who was at the store, was most helpful. He patiently explained all the options . When we finally decided, after some help, again from Jose, he moved all our apps from the old phones to the new ones making our transition so very seamless.
This has been our best experience with Verizon so far and it was all due to the exceptional customer service rendered by Jose!!
