Excellent service! Manager took his time and went over all details with our new plan. With the promotion today, we got two new iPhone 15s, a new iPad, and a new Apple Watch! Really good deal and great service. So glad I switched over!

First time in this store and I will be a lifetime customer. Specifically because of an associate, Joe that truly went out of his way to help me. I had a rather complicated transaction and he was able to find a great outcome. Very knowledgeable and courteous. If you need help, JOE is definitely your guy.

I recently visited the Verizon store, and I must say, the level of service exceeded my expectations. Joe was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly positive and eager to assist. I recently had an incredibly distressing experience at this Verizon store. I walked in, interested in the new iPhone, took my time to assess my options and ultimately decided against making a purchase. To my shock and utter disbelief, merely 30 minutes after leaving the premises, I received an email confirming my 'order' for the new iPhone. A transaction I never authorized.It deeply troubles me to think that a reputable brand's outlet might indulge in such dubious practices. This isn't just a minor oversight; it's a grave breach of trust and possibly an attempt at a fraudulent transaction using my information. It's frightening to think that our personal details could be so carelessly or maliciously mishandled.I urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this particular store. It's one thing for a business to make genuine mistakes, but actions of this nature make me question the very integrity and ethics of the staff and management here. Transparency, honesty, and trust are foundational to any retail experience, and based on my ordeal, this store has seriously faltered in upholding these values.

I really hesitate to leave this terrible review but the experience has been beyond belief. went in to add 4 cell lines and internet service. Nicest representatives you can ever meet but there is a major flaw in their systems. Apparently this is not a corporate store and is limited in what they can do and what they did for me caused me 4 trips to the store, multiple calls to support, returning an improperly setup Router, being told to take the router back to the store only to have the Store say they can't accept returns. Also my daughter has been sent through hoops trying to convert her number to Verizon, where another Verizon store in TN screwed it up.

Joe at the 210 store was extremely helpful. He transferred service for me and worked through the glitches from my previous carrier, I highly recommend him and this store.

Lack of professionalism from the manager, Jay.Inability to follow up, gruff manner in which he does business, interrupts constantly when he asks you a question, talks over you. Says cell phones sell themselves, but it's obvious if he was more competent and ran a better team then he could be running a better shop.Would not recommend this location.
