This VV location is phenomenal. The two ladies are very helpful. I went in to look at many different items as I love their clothes. Especially the performance polos. I have many of them. This time I only bought a hat though. They had a 30% off sale so the $25 hat ended up being $18. They even had some men’s polos on sale that would have been roughly $40 which is actually really good. They said they have sales throughout the year so I’ll be checking back. They even have our baby girl some free stickers. They were super friendly and helpful. Store is clean and everything is high quality. I love this place.

I know St. John's is a bougie mall but the people working here were so snobby! Didn't get greeted upon entering the store. The one sales lady was staring and making eye contact for a solid 15 seconds as she walked past me not saying a word. I was intent to purchase a couple of tshirts but walked out after nobody could be bothered to help me. Only interested in serving a certain demographic. I'd much rather give my business to Simply Southern!

Amy is the best! She has a really good taste and very helpful. She helped me picking must have items and Ethan was helpful too. Definitely the best store in the US and the customer service was 10/10.

The employees are great; however, avoid the on the go pants unless you like replacing your $125 pants aftery month. I just bought mine and they fell apart extremely quick. I haven't even worn them enough to justify putting them in the washing machine. At first I was in love with the pants, honestly I might still be, but at 125 I will be looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

Good quality but prices are really high. I just can’t justify paying this much for any of the items. We still go in and check the discount rack. The rack is a single tiny rack of combined items on sale for women, men and kids. Yet to catch a deal for any adult clothing. Place was very well organized and staff was nice.

I had an amazing experience. I called and spoke to Janet who pulled some shorts and belts for my son. When I arrived to pick them up Natalie and her staff helped me add some shirts to my purchase. Great quality staff, helpful and made my shopping experience wonderful.
