Just purchased a 2024 Golf R in the neighborhood of $53,000. Sales and sale manager we very nice to me. Car is great! What’s not great is as soon as I left the dealership 2 miles in tire pressure warning light appeared. Come to find out there was a pancake head screw right rear tire. Contacted dealership for advice since it was so new. Basically turned away by sales, sales manager messaged me next day while I was plugging said tire to ask how the car was. Needless to say I wasn’t thrilled. He was kind and offered to help, but by then the plug was set. After sleeping on it I felt an entirely new tire was warranted since so much money was spent and now with only 20 miles on the car I have to ride around with a plug until tires are replaced. $300 fix to make the customer happy. I was also going to return this week for a new/used car for the wife. I guess 100k possible profits didn’t warrant $300. I won’t be back. If I have to drive an hour out of town for anything VW I will, O’Steen VW has always been decent to me so back to them maybe. Guess I’ll go spend another $300 on a new tire myself since the greed trumps customer satisfaction. Oh to top it off I messaged the sales manager and his boss was suppose to contact me this afternoon. Well, it’s 8:53pm and no call.?

The service department at this dealership is wonderful! However, the sales department is a big disappointment. A car salesman approached me while I was waiting for my car to get serviced and he was manipulating me into selling my car after I had told him no repeatedly. I know it is your job to sell cars but at the same time, it is the customers choice if they want to sell their car.

Our experience was amazing. Quick appointment, efficient, kind, courteous. We accidentally left a small wallet in the seat we sat in, our rep called me and told me he had it safe. My daughter was ecstatic. That just made all the difference too.

I had a very pleasant experience with the service department. Allan was very helpful and accommodating by setting me up with a comparable loner vehicle while my ID.4 was having extensive warranty work done. Although I have no experience with the sales department, I'm very happy with the service team here and will be back. It's worth noting that I used to go to VW of Gainesville but have had some terrible experiences with their service team which pushed me to try VW of Orange Park. Thanks team!

Unless your buying a new car like BRAND new don’t come here. The only reason I had to have it serviced here is because corporate said the service department has messed up multiple warranty repairs on this car. No other dealership would touch it because vw wouldn’t pay for it if they did they wanted orange park to pay for their mess up. I’ve made multiple reviews mostly negative but would change it to positive when I got my car back and would leave me stranded again a week later. Each time they tried to fix something they have broke something on my car and I would get a salesman trying to push me into something brand new. Untimely all my friends have said why would you ever go to the orange park dealership they suck. I got a used car from here, a Passat, I got it with 29,980.00 miles. Which they failed to disclose it’s previous issues. Had an oil pump, head gasket and new engine replaced within my first 3 months of owning it. I only had the car a total of two weeks the rest it was in service. I was refused a rental. Now it only has 33 thousand miles, with less than 900 miles on the new engines I figured they did a break service before I bought it cause it was so close to 30k miles. Also needs an alignment. I didn’t realize the alignment was off because it was pouring down rain. I’ve had multiple Passats no worries I thought with this one I wouldn’t have any issues. They didn’t do any maintenance so the car already needs a break job. Rotors are warped and needs new pads and break fluid. Almost had to drop out of school cause I couldn’t always make it home or to class when the car would break down. I had to take 2 months off so I didn’t get kicked out of my degree program. Now my car smells like gas all the time when I start it. I’m guessing they didn’t hook something up right again. Got sent a text saying unfortunately it’s not covered under warranty anymore which vw corporate said is not true. This dealership had the nerve to say Set an appointment with us saying we can get you into a new one. This car was my graduation present. My family used to own a vw dealership. Meanwhile Tom Busch offered to look at it for free. Don’t come here. Ever. I’ve had 4 Passats. I know this is on them and there service department. Every single person I’ve talked to that was having their car serviced when I was there had the same issue go to any other dealership not orange park. I gave them 3-4 chances. No one in my family has had this many issues with VW ever. My entire family has always drove vw. This was our first purchase from this dealership and our last. Never had any issues with osteen, Tom Busch, Joe Machens or McGrath vw. Don’t fall for the family plan or service plan the finance guy tried to argue with us when we said we didn’t want it. Saying no one has ever not got it. Vw corporate said it’s not necessary. They are literally trying to get more money out of you. If you get the “family plan” the service department will always be too busy to handle your request. It’s just another fee they get commission for. Go somewhere else. Save your money and time and we all know time is money. They will also put a tag in your car saying “in case of an accident tow back to their collision center” I removed mine and replaced it with my own preference. In my experience they will half fix the car and try to get you to trade it in.

Lucas provided stellar service. We came in to look at a certain model, but after he spoke with us he knew a good car that would fit us better. He was spot on. Gave us financing options and was very efficent at his job. It was a great experience, thank you Lucas!

Had great experience when vehicle was purchased, but we purchase the family plan I’d rather get my oil changed somewhere else after a scheduled oil change was a 2.5 hour wait and only 1 other person in waiting room was crazy…….. wish I could get my 1,500.00 $ back and just use other places. The host was courteous and friendly and I realize times are different. Jiffy lube only takes 15 minutes and they air tires check all fluids and are not professionals.

Me and my husband bought a black 2023 Arteon from this dealership last week and we are so in awe with our purchase! Tedi was our sales person and he is amazing! He made the whole process so easy and delivered above and beyond our expectations! Also special thanks to the finance department ran by Steven - he is thorough and up front about all the numbers. Will definitely buy another car from them and won't want to have anyone else but those two wonderful people help us through the next purchase!

The customer service here is top tier! Alan was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our visit. He kept us updated and provided the kids snacks multiple times. While passing through from GA we had to make an unexpected stop for tires. We called multiple dealerships and Volkswagen of Orange Park was the only service department willing to fit us in on short notice. The salesman were great. One of them entertained my 6 year old daughter, she wants a Blue VW Arteon now! We felt so welcomed there. My wife was so impressed that she said “maybe we should just drive 2 hours to get it serviced next time.”I’m not in the market for a new car but I know who’s getting my business when we’re ready for our next purchase.Special shout out to Alan, Chris, and Rudy for being so kind during our visit! We’ve lived in 4 different states and have had our vehicle serviced at 6 different dealerships so trust me when I say 10/10 highly recommend! This was absolutely the best VW dealership experience we’ve ever had!

I over appreciate everything that was done for me at this dealership. They went above and beyond to make the purchase of my first dealership vehicle possible. Scott Pantin did an excellent job helping and had amazing customer service skills...his managers also were amazing, sweet, and patience, and helpful. 10 out of 10. If you're looking to upgrade or purchase a new vehicle, go check them out and ask for Scott Pantin ??

Brought my Tiguan in for a known issue where the panoramic sunroof leaks and wets the carpet inside. Told the person I scheduled with on the phone that it would need to be kept inside in case of rain so that my carpet wouldn't get soaked. Repeated this to the person I dropped it off with in the service department. Was told they had no loaner cars, so an employee drove me across the street to Enterprise, who also had no cars. I was stuck there until someone turned a rental in. Called the service department a couple days later and they still hadn't looked at my car but assured me it was being kept indoors. Went by later that night during a rainstorm and drove around the back and my car was sitting outside. Opened it up with my spare key fob and sure enough, my carpet was accumulating more water. I called the next day and called them out on it and they then told me that my sunroof drains were clogged. They wanted $270 to clear it for me. I declined, and cleared the drains myself at home, in 10 minutes, using a cup of warm water. The service department did waive the diagnostic fee due to my car having been left in the rain, but this was an awful experience.

Terrence Penn was an exceptional Brand Specialist. He made the buying experience enjoyable. The sales manager and general manager were communicative, open and fair during our interaction. The buying experience was an A+. The finance experience was not efficient. After we agreed on a price and terms, it took more than three hours for us to exit the dealership. We waited an hour and a half before a finance manager was available to complete the paperwork. The finance manager was patient and personable, however it should NEVER take that long to complete the buying process. Still an overall good experience.

We made a deal however, there was a transaction issue and we had to return to the dealership after 3 days.I called ahead of time and informed sales that we are coming , I was promised that it won’t take long. I checked the car again and found latch broken. Sales told us that they will schedule service appointment to fix it.Sales had us pay the full amount. After a long wait the floor manager Chris Martin came and said well we have only one finance manager here. I had to wait 3 hours before signing the papers we left the dealership 10:15 PMNow the Chris Martin came and said you buy it as it is and said to us that this deal is not pretty. If you don’t like the deal, you shouldn’t have agreed to sell the car. That’s the type of management there. Any how the only person that was really customer oriented and polite was finance Thomas and Steve.
