Went to this vystar, put some money in the atm it cut up my bills when I told the front desk about it. The black guy with glasses he just gave a nasty look was rude and was staring at the ceiling, didn’t give me any information on anything I could do. Just told me nothing. It’s sad after this horrible experience will be switching banks. Please restaff this vystar. If the atm cut up my bills and it was the banks issue. I would give 0 stars if I could.

My fiancé was in the market for a new car and we both have banked with VyStar for years. We worked with a young lady named Tasha Peterson. She very kinda and very detailed with her explanations of very part of the process. If there were any challenges, she took care of them or guided us on how to handle it as well. We were there past 1pm unfortunately because of time constraints but she never complained once and stayed with us until we finished the process.My fiancé got her car and of course is very happy with her purchase and the process (minor challenges) was near perfect. We can’t thank Tasha enough for her service! ??????
