VyStar CU little town of Starke, FL has a woman with a huge smile and a warm personality, Kim Edmond. Kim greeted us at the door when we came into the branch. I asked her if she was the official greeter and she explained she was the Assistant Branch Manager and filled in at the door when the regular lady was at lunch. Ms. Kim directed us directly to someone that could help us but they were backed up so she pulled up our account and commence to helping us herself. Ms. Kim said she was over the line of tellers also, what a God send that VyStar has such a talented and versatile employee with a big friendly smile.

Vystar is not getting any better. The last 3-4 times I have had a question or problem it takes 3 phone calls to get the problem resolved. The excuses included, It cannot be solved in the online chat, I called the number provided by the online chat and was transferred twice, then given another number to call. After being on hold for 10 minutes, when I finally got to a person and wanted to ask a generic question that did not pertain to any specific account, I had to answer 5 security questions and receive a text message code before they would answer 2 generic questions that could have been related to any account. Are they trying to run people off on purpose?

Kendra Hall was absolutely fantastic! She helped me with all of my banking issues and did so promptly and in a professional manner. She made my experience at VyStar great! I would definitely recommend anyone to her for further assistance for their banking needs!

I have to shout out Kieanna Hobbs!! Not only was she giving excellent service and was on point but gave a better way to handle my cashier check transactions. She was extremely friendly and made me laugh and was quick and efficient. I would go out of my way just to come to this branch and in her line for service it was that amazing. 100 stars for her!!

I have never had a bank account and was so nervous and uneducated about how to manage everything on my own. With the help from Kendra Hall I now have a better understanding of managing my accounts with confidence! She also helped me set new goals in raising my credit score and climbing the ladder how I'vealways wanted! THANKS KENDRA!

Banks like this make me hate banks. I spent soooo much time here to ask about late fees on my ZERO BALANCE CREDIT ACCOUNT. It's absurd how long it takes them to look at transactions and do simple math. I cannot wait until the world adopts blockchain tech and entire banking system collapses. The amount of time and energy these crooked banks take from us, and the amount of control they have over OUR MONEY is beyond ridiculous. SOOOOO glad all my money is in crypto, in my pocket, ready for me to do whatever, whenever, anywhere I go

They have become the absolute worst. There are always app issues. They do not prioritize customer service, whatsoever. There is always a line. Their login security is ridiculous and unreasonable. Other banks are still secure via much easier / advanced methods. They also have some wonky policies when it comes to Zelle compared to other institutions. Their debit cards are cheap looking. Their atms are usually gross and have issues. Their phone system is infuriating. Whoever is making decisions here is clearly more concerned about bottom line than the experience members have. I've had them my whole life but it's time to move on.

The worst... They're fraudulent and never own up to they're wrong doing. My score plummeted because of their negligence. is sitting in my account yet they failed to withdraw it. Horrible, can't wait till I'm doing paying off the loan.

Something is really wrong with this branch location, for many years our family had a safe deposit box, and some of the items such as jewelry disappears without a trace, I even contacted the personnel there and none of them can provide an answer in vain. It's frustrated and we thought a safe deposit box inside a bank vault would be safe. Oh boy how wrong were we. I don't know how the theft did it, they said they are not responsible for the contain items. I would not recommend anyone using this branch for keeping valuable items.
