Walgreen's at 103rd st and Ricker st is a fantastic store especially the pharmacy. The pharmacists are very nice and so are the employees who get your prescriptions at check out most of them know me by name and say hi before I even get to the counter makes me feel good.

AVOID this pharmacy at all cost. If you want attitude go there! If you want shady meds with questionable pharmaceuticals companies and a flat tire go to this location that always has car debris on the traffic light this past whole year. Then go there if you don’t take my word. I have consistently had frustrating experiences at this pharmacy. Every time I’m due for a refill, the pharmacist gives me a hard time, creating unnecessary obstacles. I’m repeatedly bounced between the pharmacy and my doctor, despite my insurance covering doctor visits and the prescribed refills. On multiple occasions, the staff has treated me poorly, dismissing my concerns hung up on. Recorded calls are no help—being left on hold for 20 minutes is unacceptable. When I requested a supervisor, he was unprofessional, brushing off my concerns and telling me to call back after their lunch break. Corporate needs to address how this location treats patients, abruptly threatens to stop medications, and suggests going elsewhere. I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy. If I can hold a sign that says detour elsewhere I would free of charge. Hope my review is insightful

On hold for over 20 minutes? That's no exaggeration and I'm still on hold. Seriously?

If you need your prescriptions transferred over to Walgreens, you HAVE to call 3 times. Once to request it. The second time because they will not do it the first time. And the third time because they won't fill it until they have insurance information even though any other pharmacy would. And they won't call you to request it, or let you know that they won't fill it until they have that. And no, they won't take your insurance information until they have the prescription. This has happened exactly like this 3 times now. The 3rd time I was aware and called daily. Still took them 3 days for a simple transfer and fill. They're very incompetent. My insurance will only fill there unfortunately.

The customer service at this store is one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The techs are rude, the PharmD’s are over worked (& they aren’t afraid to show their frustration either).
When dealing with the public, ESPECIALLY in healthcare, patience, compassion & care is FUNDAMENTAL.
They all are sorely lacking in the fundamentals.

Donovan was a great help. I was in a rush and he went above and beyond to help me get things done quickly.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy deparment, I was in the drive thru for an hour just 2 cars in front of me just for my script to still not be ready after a whole day PLUS they asked me to pull around or come inside. Their staff in the store super nice but their pharmacy department is genuinely the slowest. They need to get it together fr.
(Pharmacy techs were nice, but Walgreens just has the worst process to fill their scripts) promise times are NEVER on time.

Recently, I had a disconcerting experience whereby I received medications from this Walgreens pharmacy on that were mislabeled. Despite my repeated attempts to bring this serious issue to the attention of the corporate office, I am disappointed to report that such incidents had occurred not just once, but twice.
Regrettably, even after diligently reporting my adverse reactions resulting from the dispensing of medications with incorrect labeling, I was met with a lack of proper acknowledgment and resolution from the concerned parties. The dismissal of my concerns has prompted me to take the necessary step of reaching out to the community to caution individuals regarding the potential risks associated with obtaining medications from this particular pharmacy.
I firmly believe that it is my moral obligation to prioritize the safety and well-being of the public. It is indeed disheartening that, in my case, the seriousness of the situation was seemingly downplayed merely because the outcome did not result in fatal consequences. Every individual's health and safety should be treated with the utmost urgency and importance.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walgreens location with technician Makiaya. She was rude, dismissive, and never acknowledged me the entire conversation she literally gave me back as she spoke with me, even as I stood there trying to pick up a prescription for my six-year-old. As a sleep-deprived and exhausted parent, I simply asked for instructions, but her responses were vague and unhelpful for no clear reason.
Frustrated, I eventually went inside the store to speak with her directly. There is absolutely no reason for a young woman in customer service to treat people this way, especially when the customer is just trying to care for their child. Fortunately, I was later helped by another young woman Niah, who had no idea what was going on but still greeted me with kindness and compassion, exactly what I needed in that moment. The contrast between their attitudes was striking.
I sincerely hope cooperate/management takes this feedback seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy, especially in a pharmacy setting. A total disgrace.
