I have trouble with the pharmacy everytime I have had them sent. Very rude behind the counter and on the phone. Dealing with cancer and other sickness we should be treated better. Without the people goibg to this store they might not have a job. Kindness is always appreciated

the old "shift lead" there was so rude. i asked if she can change my bill since i asked another employee and he said it was okay. she started raising her voice, thinking her saying she was a shift lead was a big achievement. i feel bad for her and her negativity.

The pharmacy staff aren’t very jolly and seem to hate their jobs or always be having bad days. I wish they could have some smiles on their faces but I imagine their job is hard. But nonetheless, I still go here when needed. The cashiers in the front seem to have some personality!

I have gone to this pharmacy for the same prescription for 11 months, every single time they have to order the medication because they do not keep anything stocked when my medication is time sensitive, also they asked me which brand they should order when they call me to order it……they should follow what my prescriber ordered not what I tell them! Furthermore, every time I go in they tell me the pharmacist needs to work on my prescription and then question me like it is my fault when I have done my part, I have waited for an hour each time, and I have been asked to come back 3 times in one day for one medication. Even going as far to say, that my insurance does not cover the medication, when nothing about my insurance plan, coverage, or address has changed….probably just a ploy to get me to leave. I am stating this here because my expression of anger and annoyance was not taken care of when expressed at the pharmacy. Their role should be to aid a patient in obtaining a prescription not preventing it!!!!!

This low rating pertains specifically to the drive through at the pharmacy. This is life imitating art, as in the Joe Pesci character in Lethal Weapon. "Don't go through the drive-thru......"The pharmacy assistants that work the drive-thru have foul attitudes and don't give a s--t whether or not you like it. The nicer you are to them the worse they act. Today's edition: as I pull up the asst looks at me for several seconds, then slowly raises the phone and speaks into it at just slightly above a whisper (with mask on, too). Me: "I'm sorry I could not hear you, please repeat".Eyeroll; asst: "areyouheretopickup"? Yes, one wordMe: YesAsst: whatsyourname?Me: pronounced it and spelled it (it's a tough last name)Asst: whatsyourname?Me: repeatAsst: silent pause, whatsyourname?Me: repeatAsst: silence, and death stareMe: what are you asking meAsst: your FIRST nameOn top of this, my prescriptions are cheaper at Publix w GoodRx cars than at Walgreens with insurance co-pay.

They struggle here. Automated system is error prone and calling isn't much better. I got hung up on twice today. Think the poor pharmacist is just flat out overwhelmed.

They have gotten something wrong with two regular, monthly prescriptions (which SHOULD be filled at the same time) EVERY TIME for the last few months since my insurance made it necessary for me to move from CVS to Walgreens. Every. Time. And they won't look to see if you have more than one prescription in the box, and will tell you you are wrong if you tell them you should have more than one being picked up. They act like your presence is putting them out from doing something else. This is, literally, the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with. Ever.

Slowest pharmacy in Jax. They don’t even answer the phone they just put you on hold forever and then hang up. If you go in person the line takes minimum 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time here

Kudos for Ivy! Yesterday, I tried to get my one-year-old boy's passport photo. As we all know, it was quite challenging to make a toddler sit still for his photo. After a few shots, myy boy was grumpy and tired. However, a lady named Ivy at Walgreens Photo section really helped us with great patient and waited for my son to calm down and tried again! You have no idea how grateful my husband and I were. As young parents, it was already nervous to control a baby in public while trying to get some decent photo. But she made this process less painful with her kind words. You are the best customer service person. This woman definitely deserves a raise!!! I have been using CVS for years, but not I am switching to Walgreens thanks to her. Thank you, Ivy.

Worst pharmacy ever. They are Very rude. They gave me a time for the script to be ready so I go there later than the time and it still wasn't ready. The lady in the window was super rude and wouldn't even go check my script and got someone else that told me I need to pull around instead of just seeing how long it would be. I said instead of both of you here in my face you could be checking on my prescription and know exactly how long it's going to be until it's done. But no. I left and I'll go somewhere else.

Don’t bother taking your PCR test here. They couldn’t get my results fast enough and now my trip has to be postponed.

I recently got my COVID booster at this location. I had an easy time online scheduling my booster for the time I wanted. When I arrived there was nobody else there at the pharmacy so they took me right away. I had to fill out some paperwork and then wait on them to enter all the information in their computer system. After which I was taking into a small room where they injected me with my booster shot. They were friendly and it was convenient.

Sat for 5 minutes at the drive through and only got a "just a minute" after the initial bell ringing. We could see there was no one in line inside. Not sure what the clerk was doing at 4:30 instead of helping customers. Sadly we'll have to go back as our prescriptions are called in there.
