This pharmacy is horrible first stay on hold your 30 minutes then get told the meds they ordered for you has been used and given to someone else. It’s Friday. Maybe be in Monday or Tuesday. It’s sad these people control pretty much if you live or die.

Customer service in the pharmacy is none existent. Walking and chewing gum is a challenge.

Dropped off a prescription for a compound Friday afternoon. 3 days of runaround from automated phone system and finally the staff. Was told to pick up anytime after 3pm Tuesday. I arrived at 4pm and they hadn’t started it yet. Been here for 45 minutes now. Staff is super unorganized and totally disinterested.

I have been back and forth with my insurance, doctor and the pharmacy for 3 weeks trying to get the correct dosage of my medication filled. It finally gets filled and Michael (who has refused to fill other medications for any reason possible) refused to fill it and then canceled my order. So now I look forward to the nightmare of hopefully getting the correct dosage of this medication filled by management tomorrow morning. If you see the emo kid working at night just stay away. It will cost you time and energy to undo the damage he creates when you are in the process of getting your medications filled.

PLEASE do not EVER get prescriptions filled here. They filled a prescription with the wrong medication after I told them the prescription was for the wrong medication and should not be filled. They called me, and when I called back, couldn't tell me why they had called. They insist that a prescription has no refill even though the provider and one of her staff members told me that they had called and authorized a refill. I have tried calling their corporate number for over a week now with no response. They obviously don't care about the health and safety of patients.

WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR THE PHARMACY TO PICK UP THE PHONE?! ANY OTHER LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM

It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone in this location. You call and they immediately placed you in hold without even presenting themselves. After 15 minutes on hold they hangout the call. It’s sad that this location cares so little for patients and healthcare workers trying to do their jobs. Corporate should consider outsourcing the customer service aspect to ensure patients are being helped.

I went in to this Walgreens this morning, to get a certain cough syrup. They were so nice. They were doing a planogram, and a lot of the shelves were empty. However, I asked the two nice ladies in the front, and one of them retrieved the medicine from the back, for me.

This branch is open longer hours and is usually pretty well stocked. Staff is usually informed and assistive. Pretty clean environment as well.
