Had an issue with my online order. A woman named Jasmine(sorry if spelling is incorrect) gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced in a situation like that. She was kind, professional, thorough & most of all patient. She figured out the discrepancy & went out of her way to keep checking things for me & not 1 time got annoyed about doing her job. Thank you Jasmine❤️

Was quicker to come in person then be on hold for 20 minutes, pharmacy runs out of my vyvanse constantly and that I'm just out of luck , if I was diabetic I'd be dead ?

Absolutely UNIMAGINABLE telephone service and wait time. July 10th 2023 and I've been on hold 59+ minutes so far.. This is ridiculous. If I had a place to post a photo of it I WOULD. Absolutely NO good customer service at all. Find a different company to get prescriptions from

After having two major surgeries back-to-back a week ago that require 4-6 weeks of pain management, this pharmacist is refusing to fill prescriptions because they're from an out-of-state physician. Since they're controlled substances, they can't be transferred and I have to get my doctor to send the RX to another pharmacy. It is incredibly unprofessional and unethical to treat someone who just had two major surgeries like they're some kind of pill-seeking drug addict.

This location was the only pharmacy, out of 10, that had the script I needed. Everyone has been very nice and friendly and very professional. Definitely a better experience that the one at University and San Jose.

Ja’Na in pharmacy has excellent customer service, she greeted me as soon as she saw me. She had a very friend upbeat personality and helped me get my meds quickly, she’s Awsome!

I always wait a really long time even when I pay for express pass. Express pass actually makes the process much slower now. I waited 47 minutes (3 people in front of me) for 2 prepaid, EXPRESS PASS "ready for pick up" prescriptions. They tried to tell me I couldn't fill it yet, then said I didnt pay yet. Both UNTRUE! Now I have 2 pending charges for the same prescription. They just had no idea what they were doing. Had to pass my phone and drivers license through the corona test drawer 3 separate times.HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. RIDICULOUS!

The employees are amazing. Worked with each and everyone. Very genuine. Never gave me an issue. Manager is amazing. Turned the place from disaster to a home. It’s great place to work/shop. Thank you for having me and teaching great customer service.

Beware of this pharmacy for they do not care if they give you a medication you are badly allergic to. When it is brought to there attention they will make you pay for their error. They do not care if you suffer or die from their error. I've spent a lot of money at this store over the last 25yrs. This past year the customer service has gone from very good to dangerous! As soon as I can get the few scripts I get filled here moved I will never step foot in a Walgreens again. Don't even try to call corporate office you can't even hear what the recording is saying, you never get forwarded to an actual person. After the last 5 months I wouldn't be surprised if that was done on purpose. Hoping Tricare will go back to CVS. I hope anyone reading this will please go to a different pharmacy where their life actually means something to the pharmacy, pharmacist

5 stars to the tall dark gentleman Pharmacist who gave me my first covid vaccine. He bunched up the arm as it's an intramuscular injection and all was great. -0 stars to the tall stocky blond woman who gave me my second shot. She didn't bunch up my arm prior to giving me my shot and my arm wanted to fall off. If you don't know how to give shots, then DON"T. If I see her coming for my booster I'm running for the hills.

This is my local Walgreens and pharmacy. I agree that the wait times at the pharmacy can be long... However, the pharmacists there take their time to answer all questions, and to help solve any outlying issues. My mother who has a cognitive disease ended up coming to stay with us in an emergency situation, and she was not sleeping AT ALL. The pharmacist took the time to go over her meds with me, to help me get some much needed meds filled from the doctor, and to make sure my mom had everything she needed. I've seen the staff go out of their way there to help the elderly, and handicapped. Like real effort, and time. The place is a little under staffed, and gets a lot of traffic, but they work hard with what they've got. (People complaining when employees are barely getting paid enough to deal with your attitudes, are the reason that good places like this location, end up with bad employees. No body wants to work like that.) Great job Walgreens on Beach and St Johns! Please know that someone in the community appreciates all you do, and does notice!

The wait time was ridiculous. And it was the manager at fault.. Retire if you can't keep up!! The 2 other girls there handled almost 10 customers in the time it took to get my order that was supposedly ready for pick up. Never going back.
