I was greeted upon entry and did not feel pressured to shop throughout the store. Associates were kind, attentive, and helpful.

Terrible store, worse pharmacy. Don't use it if you have any self-respect.
The pharmacy will cancel every order automatically, then hang up when you call so they don't have to do their jobs, hoping that some other shift will have to do it later.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The manager was called by an employee for me to use the restroom twice. (It was 8:30 pm)Mind you they close at 10 pm. The employee called the manager again to void an item for another customer. Then he decided to come up front. I asked him if could I use the restroom. He stated that they were “out of order” and they weren't. When I get the names I will be back with another review

My last visit to Walgreens located at 866 Dunn Ave in Jacksonville, Florida was one of the best visits I ever had! I was warmly greeted by the most helpful and friendly associate by the name of Shakeerea. Her attitude was very positive and she personally walked me to all 3 items I needed. I wanted to recognize Shakeerea for her outstanding service. She should be the one training the new hires AND those who have been there for a while! Thank you again Shakeerea!

I can honestly say that the main reason I use this pharmacy is because of the staff, especially Laquita. Every time I pick up medication for myself or my husband, she is always so polite and knows me by face & car. She always greats me by name without me even saying a word. She gets me in and out quickly & will answer any questions I have with a smile. Laquita is really a great asset to this company. I personally stopped using this location for a while until I went to pick up my husband's meds and met her. I have since transferred all medications back to this location. The pharmacists are very kind & helpful as well.

Has a Village Medical. Store is clean and has the standard selection. Staff is nice enough (some of staff on phone and not working or helping), pharmacy people are helpful. The layout is not standard but very functional and works. Not that it matters too much but parking lot is littered with trash.

9:15pm at night and a pregnant women was denied access to the restroom. Store was open until 10pm.

I went into Walgreens to use their bathroom plus pick up my Pharmacy medicine and the guy in pharmacy said that I could not use their bathroom less I was a paying customer I told him I was here to get my prescription they were being so nasty also I asked for manager and manager name he says he don't know he says I don't know mama he says he don't know

Thought it was good. Customers greeted on entry. Left alone to shop. Not too many sales or promotions but did have $1.00 shelf.

Visited pharmacy to pick up refill prior to arrival phoned and was told prescription was ready..when I arrived was told refill was not ready and was asked if I wanted to wait. I inquired why was I told refill was ready. I was given attitude, no apology only negative energy! The verbal exchange between me and clerk escalated when the other pharmacy staff physically pulled her away from the counter as she refused to stop yelling at me a customer. DISAPPOINTED AND APPALLED!

The pharmacy service has greatly improved over the past year. Used to be impossible to get anyone on the phone and the wait in line at the drive through was slow as mud. But now they answer the phone right away and the line at the drive through goes much quicker. Laquita (I believe she's a pharmacy tech) is excellent. She's always very helpful, friendly, and professional.
