First and worst feeling ever!!! I went into Walgreens just to grab some wipes. Like always everything comes to mind so now my hands are full and I haven't even gotten to the wipes yet. As I go to get a cart so I'm not walking around with hands full the manager (surprisingly who should how to speak to a customer) says to me "I can check you out right here." I inform her how rude I was getting a cart. She replied "oh well I can check you out here". Sad feeling dealing with postpartum depression and then being approached as if I'm incompetent to know where to check out, or implying I was going to steal the things. Next time choose a better approach. I will never shop here again. Now I don't want to go anywhere but my son needs his wipes. This is the worst feeling a mother should feel after giving birth.

I usually spend 60$ almost everytime I go they lost a customer hiring these rude people because I take my money to the Walgreens down the street anyway my mother is handicap not only does this young white lady disrespects my mother but happend maybe 3 times the other lady working was short black lady with dreads is a manger and when my mother tried to speak to her she rolled her eyes and turned her back my mother has been going to this Walgreens for years and I have as well I might be the only person to spend so much money each time but it is only place open my mom went in one night and three employees standing by the door and when she came in they said I don’t know why people come when we are closing then she got her stuff and they wouldn’t let her purchase and rushed her out store got attitude then says I don’t know why people come in at this time with a line of people so I’m going to look into legal action and I’m speaking to corporate so I had the lady at the front ask for corporate number she calls manager and the manager says to her to tell me they don’t know it it’s crazy how you can be rude to someone you don’t know that’s not rude at all and why treat people that way and you don’t know them I went tonight to confront them and try to get corporate number my mother is in a mobility scooter on disability this is how you treat people

This pharmacy doesn't care what your opinion is of them. They do not care if your order is processed timely. They don't care if you never come back. They got your money this time. Go less than 2 miles away to the Walgreens at Fouraker or CVS.

these people are rude I feel like they don't wanna take saving coupon everytime I went here there always issue that they can prevent them in advance by calling the doctors I wish the Baptist health can read this review cause this is their official pharmacy how sad we don't have any choice. To the management I wish you train your staff how to handle customer service and empathize to customer.

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with pharmacies in the past. Fearful of how someone’s going to react if I ask a question or if I change something is it gonna make the angry will they not give me my medicine just so many things but when you have a good experience, I feel like it should be told I recently switched from CVS to Walgreens pharmacy because Walgreens takes my insurance and I’ve had some really rough experiences with CVS on Normandy And Lane Avenue so I switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy and I called today to make sure they had my information because my prescription was saying that it was too much blah, blah, blah, and a pharmacist or a tech named Clancy answered the phone and from the beginning of the conversation to the very end she was helpful. She was kind she was calm and I just want it to be told because I appreciate that and this experience has changed hopefully the future as far as my dealings with the pharmacy I appreciate her and I Just feel like she needs the recognition of being great at her job thank you!!!!!

Megan and Tracey are incredible people! Extremely professional, friendly, respectful and have a great attitude and work ethic! Walgreens needs more people like these women. They would be incredible trainers for new employees.

I have nothing but issues with getting prescriptions filled here. They can’t use the correct insurance. Can’t fill anything without me calling the doctors three times and the insurance. They cancel my orders without a single word about it. It’s crazy how unreliable and unprofessional the pharmacy is. The last time they canceled my prescription and I called them on it they said “oh well it was over $1000 so we just didn’t fill it.” How about look at the updated insurance? How about call and give me the option to pay it if I want to or know I need to fix it as your incompetents is crazy! These are diabetic meds, why is it ok to just not fill the prescription and shrug it off like no big deal. I’ve gone three weeks without because I’m fighting you for my meds.
