Garbage, and they don't care. I received notification that my prescriptions were ready. I drove to the store and they couldn't find them! Why do they hire people that don't know their alphabet?! Hmmm, what program were they hired under?
Anyway, they told me to sit and wait. Almost 30 minutes later, they found them but told me that I had to wait in line again??
They were rude as if this was somehow my fault.
Horrible people with zero customer service knowledge!

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would I really feel like all of them are getto and unprofessional I hear one lady talking about someone pay with cash and it was stupid no your just lazy to count the register at the end of day ....smh acting like I came 5 minutes before closing ,but as I'm paying with cash and card and the female at the register did give no respect and just attitude I told her I can hardly speak and think because I'm in so much pain she said ok I give her my id and she still asked me a lot of questions smh and when I said 10 on the card and rest on cash she proceeds to charge me full price on my card like okay lol won't be a Karen today and just walked off

Miss Dee at the front counter is Amazing! She gives friendly upbeat advice, and treats you like family. I'm a store manager and I'm telling you I'd love to have 5 employees just like her. I told her about a bad experience.I had just had at CVS. She said, "I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but I'm glad your here." Thanks Miss Dee, I'll be back.

Wintenessed two workers talking about a customer that struggles intellectually today. I go to this Walgreens all the time ,since it's the closest to my house she must be new since I don't recognize her, the other worker I recognized and to witness such a thing disgusted me .

Son is very ill and made three attempts to pick up medication here and medication was never filled. Unfortunately not our first issue, made a change in pharmacies.

Went for my flu shot and the lady helping me kept nodding off on the register and slurring her words. Had me wait over 15 minutes still trying to register me then she almost hit her head to the computer. I asked the pharmacist to help her because she wasn't good and I got ignored. So I canceled everything and went to CVS. I will never get a vaccine from someone drugged up nor would I trust them with my medication. There rude and don't like to do their job. I usually shop there, but I won't even go back.

The pharmacist her name cookie is very rude her tone of voice towards her customers is out right sad she talks with a tone of I don’t care and snotty I was shocked she does even provide genuine energy doesn’t say how are you or have a great day nothing Lead needs to talk to her seriously

I placed and order for a photo book and photos. I see it will be ready in 30 minutes. I decide to wait and hour and I went. I arrive and the order is not done. The young lady tells me no one had been behind the counter in an hour because they had a truck arrive. She could do the photos but the book would be at least 2 hours. I said ok I understood and was ok coming back. I get a call 5 minutes later from a manager stating the photobook machine was down and unable to be done and the order would be cancelled. He stated they had no way to transfer the order to another store. Sadly if there is no capacity to create this kind of order Walgreens should have informed me I could not choose this location. The manager was unhelpful and now instead of my entire order being cancelled I am stuck having to go to back to get my photos and my photobook at another location. Inconvenient and unacceptable. It takes forever to create a photobook in the first place and then this poor treatment. I only put 5 stars so people higher up would read this since 1 stars are mostly ignored by corporate. Walgreens should resolve this issue. There are two stores less than 2 minutes away and I already knew the others stores machine was down from being there earlier in the week and this stores machine was working last time we did the book.
