I was forced to come to walgreens because of my health insurance. Previously I just went to publix.
Why is everyone so god damn mean here dude? I am sweet as pie and so patient and these people are still so rude with me. I got a attitude because I was asked if they had a couple pills I could pay for out of pocket so I wouldn't have to deal with withdrawals. The audacity I guess i had no knowing I couldn't do that with ADHD medication was too much for her to handle.
Then was told I'd have to wait till "sometime" Monday for my prescription to show up.
I see all these other reviews too, why are you guys not replacing this staff or paying them a better wage so they aren't like this? Give them an hour break, retrain them, replace them. I don't know, but something has to give.
Which btw is exclusive to them? Everyone else is a joy even when I can see they are having a hard time.
Ive worked customer service most of my life, this ain't it.

The customer service at this place is great but the long wait time EVERYTIME I come to the pharmacy is ridiculous. There's never anyone at the register and when there is the person is juggling the regular and drive thru line. It's ridiculous

Very rude cashier who refused to accept my valid coupon. Manager offered to reimburse me if I contacted them though email, but they never replied to my 2 attempts to email them. Poor management and poor staff.

It takes about 20-30 minutes to get a prescription, longest pharmacy ever. No one stays at the drive through window nor near the register.

It is the worst place I have ever visited, the very unpleasant cashier lady has no spirit or desire to serve the public, the manager or representative does not help you at all, does not solve any problem, does not even explain or say anything, they are completely disoriented, on the shelves they say one thing and they do and tell you another, how do you explain it? How can they have people like that working for the public? On the other hand, the girl in the photo and the other one who told us that what was on the shelf was fine if they were nice

The drive-through takes way too much time to even address the cars even if the only customer they have is a person in a car.

This is the worst walgreens I've ever been to.
They are so unprofessional and do not know what they are talking about. They give you the run around. The manager does not even try to help, he says something then walks away.
This store literally hires anybody! I live 2 mins away but I'll rather drive to another Walgreens just because of their customer service at the front desk and pharmacy is terrible. I will be reaching out to corporate office because they refused to give me their number and names. Mind you they don't even wear name tags!
