I went into Walgreen for my heart medicine yesterday. It was close to 6pm but the sliding she was open I saw her about to close it said hold on I've got a prescription to pick up as she looked at me and continued to close the door. Then after playing with her the importance of me getting my medicine she asked my name and pulled my medicine. She Said I've already closed out my register early so I'll need to ask my manager. This prescription was paid and required no cash transaction. So Lavera showed the shift leader, and denied me my heart medicine based on her medical expertise of being a shift leader I guess. And Lord forbid I try to come in to buy something while they are supposed to be open. I asked Joel when I went up from what the store managers name was and the phone number to the store he refused both. Said her would need to call Lavera to the front. So after waiting she shows up and also refuses me management information. Today I called Walgreens 1800 IDC boutu info line so they could create a case for me to expect a call from the district manager Otto within a couple of days, I guess at his leisure. Maybe not perhaps he will be effective at his customer service. So far so I could hear was it's out company policy to Not assist you in every way possible. I was hoping to get my medicine today since well it's heart medicine and well I NEED IT. But I do not feel this pharmacy deserves my business. I'll try another location and if no better will change pharmacies. And hopefully not be penalized for it. Yes they do that now. Pharmacies penalize customers of they try to change.

The Walgreens on the corner of San Jose and Orange Picker always treats me well. I am welcomed entering. I am asked if I need assistance. If needed, I am escorted to the items I am looking for. If I do not require assistance, I am not bothered. At checkout, I am thanked for shopping and given 3 or 4 attempts to enter my reward phone number because I never remember which one I use. In the last year, I have not been disappointed with my services received.

This is the only Walgreens I’ll go to. Crystal is honestly the best and I always love seeing her smiling face!

Also the drive-thru is terribly slow and there's always cars lined up at 6:00 p.m. they need to do something about this drive-thru. Other than that it seems to be okay. I would just wish the pharmacy employees work faster. Not sure why they don't open the second drive though lane. Seems like an obvious fix.

I go to Walgreens at 12145 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223 for all of my vaccinations. If I ever have any questions about medicine, etc. They are always kind, professional. Love the cleanliness of the store and courteous staff Always! Plus they have excellent weekly deals on products.

Went to the drive thru pharmacy this evening to pick up a prescription. The young woman working the pharmacy window was annoyed the minute I drove up. Her tone, her short responses, and demeaning words were inexcusable. Walgreens doesn’t need her.

Pathetic customer service.Prescription called in for 90 day supply.Go to store to pick up and they say don’t have enough to fill the order, can give 30 day supply.We are leaving the country and couldn’t wait for the additional supply to arrive.The biggest gripe is they didn’t bother to call to inform that they were unable to fill the complete order or transfer to another store that might have it.Choose a different store that cares about customers.
