Always a wait at the drive thru pick up. Sat in line (due to being blocked in so I couldn’t leave) for over 30 minutes. Hire more help if you can’t provide customer service to your customers who need their medications.

Never had a problem here people can be so rude and impatient for anyone in customer service especially in pharmacy departments.

This location’s pharmacy is second to none! No matter how busy they are at any time- I’m amazed at the quality of service, efficiency, helpfulness, and friendly smiles. Great job and Thank You so much!

The actual pharmacy is awful , they never answer the phones and when they do they answer and hang up. This store always seems to have constant different people working there and most the time are extremely slow at helping people.
Oh don’t bother going in if you see 5 cars in the drive thru because the inside is just as bad. Store manager doesn’t to really mind nor does the corporate office.
If you “have to” use this store you will eventually get your medication but I wouldn’t recommend as a normal medicine pharmacy.

The pharmacist is almost never there and therefore you can’t pick up your medication’s at reasonable hours. They’re either at lunch or they closed early and even last time when they weren’t closed, they didn’t have enough stock and had to send me to Bartrum to get my medication‘s filled anyway save yourself the trouble send your scripts to Bartrum

The newest manager they've had the last few months of the store has no personality and does not care anything about his customers. I miss Chris and Ben. I have been going there for 30 years and this is the worst manager I have ever dealt with.

I see why this location has low ratings. I came to this location 10 minutes ago to pick up my online order. I get in line waiting to be checked out. There is a worker by the name of Kuron ringing up a man. When I walked in he didn’t acknowledge me at all. No hello welcome in ! About 20 seconds later a Caucasian woman walks in. He stops talking to the guy that he is checking out. To turn to the woman and say welcome in. When I walked up to him. I asked him if he only greeted certain people ? He replied oh I didn’t notice you. But you noticed the woman who came in just 20 seconds after me. He got all flustered and agitated. I told him that looks bad that you only greet people that you want to ! That is terrible customer service. I will not be coming to this location again. Shame on you Kuron !

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service in the photo department. Today, I placed an order for printed photos and a document. However, the employee who assisted me was extremely nervous and unapproachable. He printed the wrong order, and when I returned to point out the mistake, his reaction was unfriendly. Noticing that my English is not perfect, he showed irritation, behaved aggressively, and loudly expressed his frustration.
After completing the payment and checking my order, I discovered that the photos were missing. When I approached the employee again, his behavior became even more aggressive and unwelcoming.
I kindly ask you to pay attention to the level of customer service and take appropriate action regarding this employee, as his behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful. Otherwise, next time I will be forced to contact the police and file an official complaint about discrimination and failure to fulfill job responsibilities.

Last name is Neal told me to GET OUT! and was trying to call the store manager on me. My rx was to be ready today. HE wants us people to respect them, when they show zero respect to customers
How dare a HUGE man treat me like dirt. I’ll NEVER GO BACK THERE. Perhaps no one should.

Do not count on them to have your children’s medicine ready when they promise they will. Very upsetting.
