The person in charge of inventory told me they text with Pokémon scalpers. Obviously she’s getting a kickback. Claimed she won’t put cards out so they’re hidden in the back stock room. All of that’s is very shady and I will not be doing business with this merchant.

Horrible I get prescriptions twice a month wait in line forever when there is no one at the counter. Multiple times they have given me the wrong medication screwing everything up with my insurance then they do everything possible to try and not return unopened packages and the clerk says they don't return medication and only 2 weeks ago they done the same thing and returned. Crazy but you have to check everything you buy there for mistakes. This is all from experience.

Excellent and reliable with everything from prescriptions to makeup. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I need to take the time to make a complaint against a manager encounter. I am currently injured requiring me to be temporarily wheelchair bound and this was my first experience doing a pick up order for Walgreens. I had my pick up person go up to the store and was turned away stating that the order must be at a different Walgreens. The order number, QR code and name was given, but the lady checked a bag with the exact items I had ordered and said it did not match. My pick up person called to let me know. I checked all the details to my order and everything was correct. I called the store, spoke with an employee and my order was there. I asked to speak to a manager. Jacquelyn spoke with me. I explained what happened, she stated it was my fault for the wrong name. I informed her that the name on my confirmation was correct. She repeated 2 times it was still my fault. After stating I could show her a screen shot, she stated "oh, I guess it was my fault." No apology was given. I asked for the possibility of it being delivered to me due to my inability to drive. She said "no way would that happen, I already acknowledged it was my fault, what more do you want." I said an apology would have been nice and that she at first did not want to take responsibility. She then said she would credit points onto my account; I have never heard of this, so I asked what do you mean. She said name an amount and i will credit to your account. Still confused, I said that I am not sure what she means, was she offering me free dish soap? She laughed and said I will put points on your account. Ill put it on a receipt. My husband, after working all day (and then has to tend to me; this is why I had a pick up person), was able to pick up order. No receipt or anything. I am still not sure what she was talking about. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a "manager." I am already in a tough situation and for her to deny, laugh, and lie to get rid of me is appalling. Of course, I would have been glad to go to the store myself if i was not in a wheel chair. I just hope this is not an experience others are having. I cant imagine that I am the first.

Mostly gone due to store shrinkage now only a shadow of a true Walgreens that was a convenience. Staff has been very good but Looking at alternatives!

This particular wallgreens has went significantly down hill. They have been closed in the middle of the evening on a weekend recently... their outside landscape is a total disaster and looks like it has not been updated in 15 years. Needs new ownership or corporate to fix this place up.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Terrible service and they intentionally ignore the doctors orders. Case and point: I had to pick a prescription for my son (an epipen). My son is 1 and requires the “junior” version, which is what the script was for They legit tried to give me a regular epipen saying “it’s fine, it’s essentially the same thing” DO NOT COME HERE! I live 3 mins away from this location and will never get anything from here again.
