What bad service, on two occasions I went for the medicine that my doctor prescribed me, and they have been very rude, since when I gave my date of birth they could not find me in the system and the last time I went, the man was very aggressive and even threw the drawers.

It’s not a good idea to display products on your shelf if you’re planning on refusing to sell them. This situation was handled very poorly.

Made a SAME DAY business card order and drove the 30 minute drive to this Walgreens when I received a text message saying “Your order is ready for pick up” now normally this would mean, my order was ready for pick up. I walk in at 10:10 am (the text message was sent at 10:00 am saying they were ready) just to get told by the lady working in photo department “sometimes we’ll send that message but it doesn’t actually mean it’s ready” and that I should “come back at 3 when we have more staff”. Them being understaffed has nothing to do with Walgreens sending me a text saying my order was ready. I won’t be doing business with them anymore

Excellent service. We have had numerous prescriptions filled here over the last two years and have had very few glitches. We get the prescriptions filled via doctors who call them in and we pick them up at drive-thru, where we never wait very long. Read a few things about pharmacy work and the drug store chains and you’ll realize how fortunate we are to have this Walgreens right here, along with the people working at the pharmacy. Never had an attitude problem with anyone here or noticed any “dirtiness” at the drive thru window. Take into account the vitriol of the negative reviews and the dates when factoring in their credibility.

Lady at window was super rude. She told me to come back later for eye drops after a 75 minute wait.... Rude.... Terrible service. They treat anyone without insurance like trash.

The drive up window is disgusting! It is dirty, and there are dead bugs and cobwebs all around it. Ancient sticker residue is all over the window. The landscaping is not cared for. The inside seems nice enough, but the outside needs some major TLC.

Everytime I get my prescription they immediately just look for whatever reason to say no before they bother helping you in any way. You will be judged based on what meds you need. God forbid your a human and need a day early because tomorrow is the 4th and they are closed.
