Walgreens deserves to go bankrupt. This location has to have the ost inept pharmacy department in Jacksonville. The app and automated system are never in line with a prescriptions actual status.

What terrible service here! Was thrown out for placing an item very obviously in front of a camera because I did not have space to hold a small .99 thing of cat food so I could grab 7lbs of cat litter while on a delivery for Uber eats. Was told I was stealing! I did it front of a camera on purpose so I wasn't! I didn't have the hands to do anything. Upon trying to show proof I had an order and payment, I was disrespectfully ignored by a late 30s balding man...
Horrible service to someone who's a known regular and has known bill, an employee there for over 8 years.
For reference this was around 11PM on Friday January 24th. Service has gone way downhill over the years. My fiance told me how when she worked there, there wasn't even a door handle for the inside of the walk in cooler!
Hope you realize what y'all did when the next guy comes in there and grabs the same stuff..

I've been using the store located on Atlantic Blvd, close to Queens Harbor, the best store
The store itself is ok. The management not so good. I do not know hher name, but she is a big blond female and she should not be in this position. She's not capable to handle hard or difficult situations. Now the pharmacy, there is one particular person. She's always rude, never pleasant and she was the start of a horrible situation. I feel this branch should take a hard notice of their employees.

Rudest pharmacy employees ever. How difficult is it to be pleasant and respond to customers’ questions in a professional and unpatronizing manner? Lose the attitudes. We’re ALL busy. Do better, Walgreens Pharmacy Department. Or, find another job, ffs.

Went for a Shingles vaccine. The online appointment scheduling was a bit challenging to work through but I was able to get the appointment I wanted, come to find out it's not really necessary but can be effective. The pharmacy cashier did a very good job. Staff seemed professional and efficient. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the injection. The pharmacist was very courteous but it hurt my arm the moment he performed it, then it hurt for 3 days. I am quite used to getting injections as I've had all 3 covids and my pneumonia vaccines this year. I will go to another provider for my 2nd Shingles vaccine. Service was provided in a timely manner. I appreciate their assistance.

IVE BEEN TAKING A PRESCRIPTION FOR FIVE YEARS THAT THEY FILLED THE EXACT SAME WAY AS LAST TIME! NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WONT FILL IT. WHAT REALLY WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE WAS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR EVEN TRYING TO HELP!!

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Almost every Walgreens I've been neglects to maintain a clean restroom, but you're all about providing a vaccine! The hypocrisy is real.

Love the pharmacy staff !! Always friendly and helpful BUT what I don’t like is that every month when I have to get my meds refilled they’re either short or out completely !! Very frustrating!! Whoever is in charge of their stocking need to be more on top of things …Please fix this !! Thank you ?
