Ashley is very helpful during all of my visits. She is patience, informative, friendly, and professional. Thank you for your time. I am the caregiver for my brother who has many prescriptions. Terrible customer service. They throw you on hold before you cab ever get a word out. Then they never have you meds. Or they lie and say they don't have your medicine. Then when they see you're not going to give up. Miraculously they have it on hand.

WALGREENS ACCEPTS CHAMPVA insurance. DO NOT let the misinformed pharmacy techs tell you otherwise. Two of the techs told me Walgreen's no longer accepts CHAMPVA which is not a fact. Simply provide ssn and insurance will be authorized.

The Walgreens at 13125 N Main St Jacksonville FL has an awesome pharmacy manager. Her name is Ashley. She solved a problem I’ve had for about 1 1/2 years trying to get a Rx approved and paid for. She followed up, kept me informed and was extremely pleasant in spite of the fact that the pharmacy was extremely busy. I watched her interact cordially with her staff and was calm and informative with both her staff and her customers. A refreshing customer service experience!

I advise yall, to not use the All Point ATM at this Walgreens, it is a rip off, I request $40 and it only gave me $20, I call All Point they told me to call my card institution, Really! So I had to file a dispute, Damn Shame!!!
