Has Walgreens pharmacy staff stopped doing their job? They don’t even send calls anymore about medication being ready, even less if THEY DONT HAVE THE MEDS IN STOCK. Then tell the customers to call different Walgreens to ask if they have medication in stock. Before they would have everything ready, calls sent out, would call Walgreens themselves to have it sent over, etc. Walgreens is going downhill.

They restock prescriptions in 48 hours. Then tell you need to call your doctor again. 3 attempts major fail! Avoid all Walgreens going down hill.

Your prescription delivery is a complete joke I have tried it 3 times and have never had my prescriptions delivered i paid for same day on Thursday and it's Sunday and it still says waiting for a carrier. And all the store says is well it's waiting for someone to deliver it. Am I supposed to find someone to do it??

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. They will do nothing less than make you feel like a piece of trash for needing any type of medication. Thank God I don’t have a need for this place anymore as I will never give them my business again. Take your business to Publix across the street or literally any other place you won’t regret it.

My husband had just lost his eye and we were heading back home from Gainesville. Called on the way in to see if the prescription was ready because he was in lots of pain. They said yes. Show up at 1:25pm. They are rolling the gates down. She sees me standing there and continues to shut them. I knocked on the window and said I just called can I please grab the prescription. She said “no we’re on lunch” I nicely said, “your lunch sign says 1:30-2 , it’s not quite 1:30 and a JUST got off the phone with you “ she told me that was not her problem and she was not going to help me. A JOKE for customer service and the medical industry.

Walgreens has gone downhill. They don't seem to have anything other than blood pressure & cholesterol pills. The staff is the rudest I've ever dealt with. I'm changing all my prescriptions over to Publix. They're MUCH nicer there.

Unfortunately, our experience with this Walgreens is the worst we’ve ever had with a pharmacy. The staff is completely rude, from the front desk staff through all of the actual pharmacists. You will be on hold for over an hour if you call; just be forewarned. If you actually show up in person because they won’t answer the phone, you will be treated with disrespect.
