I called just to see status on prescription it took a long time for anyone to amdwer the phone then we they did they said "walmart be right with you I have 1, 2, 3, 7 people ahead of you" and the phone went on hold really ridiculous service

Pharmacy services is the worst I've ever seen!! I would never want to deal with them, people are very rude.nothing like Walgreens or publix Peoples always professional and courteous. Walmart pharmacy people bad manners.

Sorry to say but this pharmacy Never answer the phones & always rudely putting you in hold just to hand up. I remember leaving my house while on hold just to go & pick up a prescription & I still was on hold the whole way to Walmart pharmacy I didn’t hang up the phone until after they called next in line which was me. They are too over staffed to be not answering phone calls. I’m definitely considering switching my pharmacy over to the Walmart off Collins Rd. They have excellent customer service, they also answer their calls even if left on hold they will get back with you without just hanging up the line. I’ve had to call Collins Rd Walmart pharmacy just to have them check in their system about a medication that Normany Walmart couldn’t provide any information about! “0” stars if u ask me.

My husband had an appointment to get vaccinated at 10 am after making a tremendous line the lady from the pharmacy says that there is no one available to give the vaccine it is disrespectful I ask why they offer the service if they don't have it?????

I have called over 30 times in 1 day and they have yet to answer their phones. This is a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy, any time I get a call about a prescription being ready they never are, and we have to come back in an hour. They're working out of a glorified cardboard box right now and it's no wonder they can't get anything done right.

Pharmacy SUCKS - waited for prescriptions 3 hours Thursday night, 2.5 hours Saturday night, 2 hours Monday night and 30 minutes Tuesday night...now that I FINALLY have the refills, the prescriptions are being transferred to Publix.

My prescription was called in over a week ago and I haven’t been able to get it because they claim they need the directions clarified and the doctors office has called over and over, and I have been calling them for 5-6 days straight and they don’t answer the phone or have a voicemail set up. I can’t believe they don’t allow people to call them about their medications. I’ve never heard of a pharmacy not answering a phone or not having a voicemail. People could be in danger not being able to get their prescription like that.

Went to get my 2nd vaccine dose. Made an appointment on line for seemingly no reason as I had to wait in line to get checked in for an hour. DON’T GET YOUR VACCINE HERE! Go anywhere else.

i wanted to transfer my medications because it took them almost 2 weeks to fill them. Walgreens has been waiting for addtional 5 days for them to get transferred from this location. This is now almost 3 weeks and i still dont have my medication. Horrible pharmacy, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, I WILL NEVER HAVE A PRESCRIPTION FILLED AT ANY WALMART AFTER THIS!!!
