Your pharmacist is rude and needs to stop talking over customers

Staff is rude. They refuse to help you if you get in line at 6:55. All i needed was to pick up my daughters antibiotics. I won't be using this pharmacy anymore.

Closes too early and then opens too late.

I love this pharmacy. The Pharmacist Michelle is always so pleasant and graceful. They answer their phones and make sure I'm able to get my scripts.

We are done with this Walmart location, pharmacy and store. Do yourself a favor, use another Walmart Location. After years of having prescriptions sent to The River City Walmart they just can't get it right. We have excellent insurance, great doctors and allow plenty of time for having our prescriptions filled. There's always a problem or excuse why the script isn't ready. Walmart has never yet had a script ready On time. We always need to come back 2-3 times to get our medication.

I feel good about how they take care of me. I can get clarity and understanding. They seem to really care at least that's how I feel. Would highly recommend this pharmacy very good location also.

They send texts to say it's ready but when you go they never have it or even know where it is. The staff needs some training.

I just have to say we need to give a big shout out to all our local pharmacists. They are our local hero’s too during this pandemic. I got my Covid-19 vaccine today and just have to thank Michelle, Shakira, and Nick for all their hard work. Please be kind to them they are not only working full time filling your prescriptions but also taking the time to fill out the covid paperwork. I am so grateful for them and want to thank all our pharmacists.

During hurricane Dorian, this was our only pharmacy that was open early to fill a prescription. We had very poor experiences with our local Walmart Pharmacy in Yulee and I was a bit hesitant to go to another Walmart Pharmacy. However, this one at River City provided excellent service! I was very impressed that Shakira helped us save money on our prescription by sharing the benefits of using our high deductible insurance vs. self pay. The pharmacist on duty, Michelle, was very professional and caring. She gave REAL advice to help negate the side-effects of an antibiotic. These two ladies seem to truly care about the customers!

Been fighting for my life for ten years. For a pharmacist to tell me my dosage was not normal. Either is blood pressure of 260/120. The doctor education must not be good enough. I probably don't understand the medicine I take. Take this place for what it is a hole in the wall. I would like if I told I'm didn't cry from fighting for my life . Running from place to place to find the medicine to save me. Than have to worry over a doctor retireing or insurance changes. Just to fight for ten years and find a pharmacist that knows what normal and better than the doctor.

Slow service. We have eight people in line for drop offs, five pharmacists stocking medications and one person on the computer for the last 25 minutes taking a single drop off customer. This is a little ridiculous that none of the other pharmacists are jumping on the second computer to help with drop offs.
