No cashier's anytime I go in. they expect me to do their job and not get paid to check myself out. they need to hire more cashier's. Walmart customer service has gone down hill since the 1980's. they use to be at 100% customer service now your lucky if you even get 40%

I need the store manager to call me ASAP. Contacted the pharmacy and they were rude, called me incompetent, also left a nasty voicemail and when I called back to say I would just drive over there they said “ we are waiting baby”. I should sue yall. Someone needs to call me or I will take legal action

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I need to address that your store closes at 10:30pm, not 11:00pm. This is the second time I've encountered this issue at this Walmart. If you're not inside the Walmart by 10:30pm, the managers will stand outside and won’t let you in. This is the only Walmart in Florida that operates this way, and it’s quite frustrating. This location needs to hire entirely new managers. I have already reported this issue to corporate.

Why WALMART and all major grocery chains are always doing WAX on apples. Please STOP ruining our health. I ordered 5-6 times but all apples are waxed. I am stopping ordering from Walmart. KINDLY TAKE THE HEALTH CARE SERIOUSLY.!!!!!

I went in for socks, found what I wanted them searched for ten minutes for someone's to assist with getting them out of the locked display case. Everyone of the associates sent me to other places or shrugged their shoulders. Finally I found someone who said that the only person with the key was on her lunch. I asked for the manager. They sent me to customer service where three associates were standing around. One gentleman who appeared to be playing a game on his phone said they:d have to call Karen. I stood beside him and followed him around waiting for him to call this Karen but he just kept on playing what really looked like a game so my patience started to come to and end. I asked another associate about why only one person has the ability to unlock the sock display case. I went back to the socks and waited another five minutes. So in reality about 20 minutes of my time and no socks. This Walmart is way overstaffed to give such terrible service; unexcusable. Also there are never enough associates at the registers. The forced self checkout service when you have a large basket full of items is no convenience at all! I normally come here at least two times a week and Im leaning towards not supporting Walmart anymore as the company obviously doesn't care about their customers.
