Walmart on Normandy is very busy ALL the time. I DO NOT like the decrease in human cashiers. I am disabled, and it's extremely hard for me to bend at the waist like you have to do, to get groceries out of the buggy, and slide them through the scanner. You need to get human cashiers back, this is ridiculous! The Walmart in Macclenny Florida, is nowhere near as busy, so I can get through to a cashier much easier. And it's to the point it's about the same distance, unless I am doing pickup or delivery, I have started going there instead!

I went in to get a tv for my grandkiddos when I paid for it I asked can I pull my car up will he help me put it in the car. That azz told me "its not heavy" (WHAT IN THE ENTIRE FUK)... Then we're walking out and a Spanish guy asked to see the receipt.I said you did not ask anybody else that walked past and I am with and employee here. ???. He said "I don't speak English " and I snapped. I said " You don't speak english but you can read it????. DONE.

Most if the time is a normal walmart but sometimes it's like the staff just don't care and don't like their job.

Worst one in the city took 30 min just to get someone on the phone and they never even talked to me they answered and put me on hold immediately I bought a 4 year warranty with a tv and can’t use it because of physical damage wth is the point in paying for a warranty then

to many secrets shopping here and the police like falling people around for no reason stop let people shop in peace nobody wants yall food that’s out of date even yall drivers are stealing peoples items from customers who order online i will no longer support walmart anymore do to this issue i shouldn’t have to call customer service for yall drivers being lazy and the packers who pack our foods needs to do better by checking the dates on your food items

woman worker harassing and hovering over me as I look through the diecast cars and complaining about everything I touched "not being in the right place" even though most items were not moved or placed right back in their original spots where they were when I walked up. I even straightened out the items leaving them neater than previously.... your welcome. Then proceeds to watch me search and continuing to complain even as I left the isle. Horrible experience and felt very uncomfortable being watched by an employee simply for looking through the inventory on the shelves especially when it was my first time to that store.

DO NOT get your prescriptions filled here—they are completely incompetent. In my 32 years, I have never had an issue as frustrating and stressful as the one I experienced at this Walmart pharmacy. Save yourself the emotional stress, the hassle, and the nonsense—go to another Walmart or a different pharmacy entirely. The staff at this location should not be working with the public.

Biggest problem Walmart Normandy Blvd. Not enough cashiers all the time. They're trying to Loop everybody to the self check check out.doesn't work I can shop in about 5 minutes takes 25 minutes to get out of the store. And seems to be getting worse. Don't go on sat or Sun. You will spend the rest of your day standing in check out.
Update. Now not only is there not enough cashiers. Most of the shelves are empty closing,shoes. I just went through there 11/25/20. And it took 20 min to check out.
2/19/25. Just as Bad.
