I went into this neighborhood market on November 13 at 5:20 PM while waiting in line, the cashier that was helping the lady in front of me was super rude to her and told her that if she was going to talk to her like that, she was going to get cussed out. So needless to say my expectations of good customer service were slim at this point. I was next in line so when I approached the cashier, I had two boxes of unopened newborn Huggies diapers that I needed to return not for cash but for store credit so I could get the proper size. They were a gift from my grandmother that had bought them at Walmart and mailed them to me. She had purchased the wrong size. the cashier explained to me that this store does not do returns at all not even for store credit if you don’t have a receipt. I know for sure that this is not a Walmart policy. She said this is a stores policy and to take them over to super Walmart. I will no longer be shopping at this location as the last few times I’ve gone in I’ve had poor service and been treated poorly, which is unfortunate because it’s around the corner from my house.

If your store is open, you should have someone running a register. What are you going to do when someone with a personality disorder gets irritated and loses their temper with the register? I almost left $240 of groceries at the register without paying. It doesn’t cost that much to have one person running a register.

This Walmart has been consistently excellent. Employees friendly usually well stocked shelves it's definitely nicer than some other Walmart stores I have gone to.

10550 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Went to the store at 1050 door close had to wait for someone to leave for me to get in. I asked a worker (used to work on a prior Job) why the door close if the store close at 11 he said that’s not good, and he proceeded to talk to the manager on duty when I arrived at the register to check out, I heard the manager saying “well she had all day to shop “ but when she realized I heard her she looked at me and with sarcasm said how u doing? I always close my store 15 min early for the last 7 yrs that I been here and I said I get it but it isn’t fair if store isn’t supposed to close till 11 than she said well u got ur stuff I don’t understand why u still running your mouth. I told her that’s not a professional way to handle the situation specially she a manager. She white, heavyweight, short hair she always closing.

I just called the neighborhood
Market on old st Augustine rd. The customer service person was so rude and didn't give a flip about answering my question. "How much is it to rent the rug doctor?" Aswer: "I don't know". I laughed and said : "thanks for nothing " their response: "okay"..wow.
