At customer service, blonde lady who had her name tag hidden as ridiculously rude as if she hates her job and all the people that come in to buy merchandise. All I was trying to do was return laundry detergent peacefully because I had some at home and she made me double rate this Walmart at a 1 star. Time was 4:15 pm March 10, 2025. Please fire this lady.

If you are trying to be somewhere in a hurry, I don't recommend you start at any Walmart these days especially if you have to get anything from behind a display case of any kind. And the prices of the merchandise, leaves a lot to be desired anymore.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
ALL employees are rude. Cashiers are on the phone with earbuds. Personal shoppers block the isles and are on their personal phones on speaker speaking in Spanish, then if asked they don't know where anything is 🤔.
Deli personal get offended when you ask them to change their gloves and then have the nerve to talk shit. I guess most ppl would just walk away then they could continue doing nothing.

New to the state of Florida. Pharmacy customer. Ok, experience. I guess I'm used to friendlier staff. They aren't mean ... just not friendly.
Update almost 5 years later, customer service slightly improved. Walmart is Walmart. No real complaints. This location is borderline ghetto though.

Love the store, but their phone lines are horrible! I’ve been on hold for almost an hour through the customer service department. I had to go through 3 different departments just to get to customer service and when I did, I was still on hold for an hour!

One of the best Walmarts I've been to until my son came in tonight to buy his cat food on his card and my dog food on mine , when they locked his register up assuming he was stealing bc 2 separate orders , but instead of asking for his receipt and correcting any errors , they decided to play games and refuse to help him ring up my order or use register .. so I came I'm and showed him the receipt for what he bought which she kept saying he only purchased one item and tbat was correct for half his order he paid half card half cash on his. So all of the confusion of him doing their jobs already and being discriminated against bc he was white , which is crazy to me. I've shoppes here a year now and the first I've seen of this crap. A long hatred black man and a black cashier which I'm not saying anything about their color I'm just calling put the duo for what they are doing , which is judging and not customer service by any means what so ever. I will be calling corporate on those two they need to be looked at closely on how they deal with people.

How is it that every employee that works at Walmart is it required to take roving shifts to take the shopping carts out of the parking lot to avoid them hitting cars since they left all around, or follow what all he does to get a cart you have to put a quarter in so this way anybody who's lazy enough not to bring the card back out of the parking lot relationship that quarter to somebody that's not lazy like they are or somebody else

The lady at the self checkout was very rude. Very bad attitude. I will never come to Collins Walmart ever again very bad attitude should not be working at Walmart terrible attitude. Terrible attitude
