This place is going downhill. Moldy "fresh" produce. And today we brought home a pork loin dated for sell by March 11th, and it smelled rancid. Threw it right in the trash. There was no holes in the packaging either. I always check. So disappointing. Even with the price of things going up, I think I'll go back to Winn Dixie and Publix for my food needs. Absolutely disappointing.

I went to Customer Service at the Shops Ln Walmart in Jax today. LaShawna went so far beyond. Not only was she was kind and helpful and took the time to offer potential options to work around my problem but her friendly and welcoming smile and way had me smiling too by the time I left. It's not often you run into someone with that quality or ability. Thank you again, SO very much!

Best Walmart I been to in Jacksonville. Shelves need to be re stocked and more cashier not everyone lik self check out I do not work for Walmart. Helps when they stand they watching you then ask to see your receipt. Lawyer states we do not have to show our receipt

When I bought an appliance, I went to talk to the salesperson, he was American, he made a big deal out of serving me, he started banging things on the counter, the supervisor came and said I had to bring someone who spoke English, I thought it was absurd, I didn't ask for anything for free and I have a video to prove what I'm saying.

Love the delivery service I’m elderly I just wish you didn’t have to spend 35 dollars to get free shipping. I don’t like the idea of subscribing for the yr. I don’t use it often enough to justify the fee.
