I’ve been going to WaveMax for a couple years now. They’re always nice, but that’s about the extent of it. I finally have had it and will not drop off another load. I paid nearly $50 for this last load and will have to rewash the entire load because everything is so wrinkled. I mean it’s so wrinkled that I wouldn’t even be able to use wrinkle release or the dryer to de-wrinkle the clothes.
The stuff they do is nonsensical too. They’ll randomly decide to hang t-shirts. Sometimes they fold them and then they decide to hang up a beat up t-shirt from a 2010 charity event. Make it make sense.
They didn’t even try to match my socks this time. They had 3 socks wrapped up together several times and they wrapped up dress socks with standard ankle white socks. Tell me you don’t care without telling me you don’t care. Pathetic yet comical.
I pay for wash and fold because time is money. But, when you drop $50 AND still have to spend a few hours rewashing your laundry, it’s clearly a bad investment. I had this happen twice before and gave grace. This is the 3rd strike - and now they’re out.

I needed to use the wash/dry/fold service because our washer was down and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I called to ask about services, Tamica was outstanding. She's definitely an asset to the company.

I like the set up. No coins at all. Quick dryers.
BUT they let people that aren't washing anything just hang outside. In the parking lot and it's a very uneasy feeling.
