I can promise you the general manager and or owners aren’t even remotely paying attention to this store. It’s always gross. And the restrooms are never clean. Ever. I understand you can’t control the way people come into the store but this location is by far the most DISGUSTING.

I hate this location all the employee are rude
I did my order curbside and I waited 10 minutes no one being my order
I went in to get and it was something inside the drink
I asked why I didn’t get my order lady name Tali said we don’t do curbside side on this location

Am a WaWa fan....However....not overly impressed with this one. At 6pm, very busy. While service was helpful, everyone was deadpan! They keep the grounds outside clean!

Work across the street sometimes so it’s convenient to come here or I would drive somewhere else I like Wawa just not this one so much …
Service is either too friendly if you know what I mean or impolite and rude and ready for you to be out of their face . No professionalism. Food is always wrong or cold .

Tried multiple times to not hate this store but they suck. I’ve gotten cold frozen food multiple times, they’re always out of something & now they act like everyone’s going to steal a cup of ice. It’s ridiculous. No other store in Jax is bad like this place.

Yesterday afternoon, after wrapping up a long shift and an appointment, I figured I’d treat myself to something simple—a quick Icee. I don’t usually venture to this side of town, but I thought, how hard can it be to find a cup? Apparently, very.
Unable to locate one, I asked an employee named Teresa if they had any. Instead of a helpful response, I was met with a tone so condescending I almost checked to see if I was back in high school. She pointed (ever so helpfully) to the many signs stating that cups are at the register—as if I had intentionally missed them just to make her day harder. After all, I'm looking for a cup where cups are typically kept, not a sign to redirect me where I'd least expect them to be.
So, if you’re in the mood for an Icee and enjoy being talked down to for asking a basic question, this might be your spot. Otherwise, there are plenty of other places within a 2-3 mile radius where the service doesn’t come with a side of attitude.

Yo sum seriously need to be done here food wise everytime I order here the food is not made properly or the instructions they never follow I work around here so I come to this Wawa a lot but I’m starting to wanna stop after today

Wide open parking easy to get into. I did not know how busy it gets around lunch time.
Still, very clean with fully stocked shelves. Staff seemed a bit cranky and not as friendly as could be. I'll blame that on the heavy lunch rush.

Good selection of food & drinks. clean store w friendly, helpful employees. Awesome for quick stops...coffee, gas, cigs
